I want to schedule a call with people from the United Arab Emirates but am unsure what number they will use to dial in. On the Zoom International number page, Zoom International Dial-in Numbers - Zoom, there are no numbers listed, and there is an X in the International Number column. 

 

What number should I use to call Toll-Free to the United Arab Emirates?

Default voicemail greeting for company-level holiday hours

In the company overview account settings, I am able to set the default voicemail greeting for most things, however it seems I can't do it for holiday hours. I've got standard holidays programmed in for the whole company which apply to all extensions.... Show more

In the company overview account settings, I am able to set the default voicemail greeting for most things, however it seems I can't do it for holiday hours. 

 

I've got standard holidays programmed in for the whole company which apply to all extensions. As far as I can tell it only lets me change the voicemail greeting per holiday, per auto receptionist/call queue/user, which is just way too much manual work for the number of destinations we have.  

 

Am I missing something, or is there truly no way to do this?

We have Meraki stacks at all of our locations. We also use Zoom phone at those locations. We want to set up VoIP Health and Insights in the Meraki dashboard so we can measure the health of Zoom's VoIP servers. VoIP Health allows us to generate metrics on MOS, Loss, Latency, and Jitter at each one of our stores so we can have more visibility into issues at our locations, if any. 

 

Does anyone know the specific URLs that the Zoom phone system hits for SIP and RTP? Zoom's firewall rules point to *.zoom.us which isn't specific. Thank you!

The OpenCTI Zoom phone widget in Salesforce will not sign in successfully, no error messages are reported when selecting “Sign in” on the popup.  Clicking sign in results in a pop-up window being presented and it appears the login is successful, the authorization window closes within 5 seconds.  The Zoom phone widget does a quick refresh but returns back to the “log in” 

 

We had set this up in our sandbox environment and was able to successfully setup and configure the integration.  Since moving to production though, none of our users are able to sign in via the salesforce phone widget.  We followed the guide here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4418701163533 and https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/15098209645453 

 

 I log into Zoom with the pop up from the Salesforce Softphone component and am logged into Zoom on the desktop app, but when I get the success message that I am logged in and about to get redirected the softphone just goes to the login screen. I tried uninstalling Zoom in all my environments and reinstalled Zoom in Production. I also tried using different browsers and deleting my browser's cookies.

Has anyone experienced this issue? I am not getting any error messages, I am just in a loop of login screens with success messages.

Tried again 2 times and still the same problem.

When calls are made through the Zoom Phone/Hubspot integration and if their number is not associated with a contact, the call will not show in the Hubspot call log (activities).

This behaves differently from Hubspots own phone system (where they show up as 'unknown') and would skew any inbound call volume statistic reports in hubspot.

I have been working through the process and documentation to upgrade our Zoom for Salesforce plugin to the newer Zoom for Lightning plugin. I've been through the various steps to install it into our Salesforce org from the AppExchange, and then working through the Zoom documentation to customize it. When I get to the instructions for Setting up user access for the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning app, I look in Salesforce Setup at Manage Connected Apps, but Zoom does not show up there.

So when my users try to log in to the Zoom call center within Salesforce, from the Utility Bar, they see a message: "Warning: The current product is not active." 

I tried opening a ticket with Zoom Support, but they just sent me here to the Forums. I'm hoping someone has an idea of what I might be missing. Thank you.

I use google pixel phone.

Where in the phone app I can manage audio settings - chose headphones? Only for zoom sound does not go to headphones, all other apps work perfectly

Context - My phone has Bluetooth on, and headphones are connected to it. Any other app I used automatically uses for audio these headphones, including other calling apps.

Zoom - I join a zoom call - by default headphones are not used for audio, sound just goes loud, when I click on the button you highlighted on screen shot, the sound goes silent and to listen in I need to put my phone to the ear, as when I speak on the phone. bluetooth device, in this case headphones are still not used.

Reinstalling app was already tried, did not solve it.

And I just no way can find such a crucial setting and impact is huge, I am not able to participate in criticall calls/meetings, so feeling very desparate
