Changed package but no option to assign new packages to users

We have recently cancelled our Zoom Workplace Business plus with UK/Ireland Unlimited and repurchased a Zoom Phone UK/Ireland Calling Plan only, to be used with the Zoom free meetings plan.

 

However under phone system management all our users are still showing up as being assigned Zoom Workplace Business Plus.

 

I made a change to one user’s profile (upgraded them to admin) and this has led to them having Zoom Workplace Business Plus automatically removed from their account and they are now showing up as being assigned Zoom Phone Basic, and have lost their Zoom phone functionality.

 

However I am unable to assign them a new calling package; the option for the new Zoom Phone UK Ireland Calling Plan is not available when I go to assign package - in fact there are no package options at all.

 

Can you advise?

Installed the updated Zoom for Lightning  (Salesforce Managed package) 2.16 but every user is getting prompted to connect 

 

Error: "To be able to use the Zoom Phone integration please complete the OAuth in Zoom Phone Settings"

 

When I click that link, it takes you to a "Zoom Phone Settings" page that only admins have access to. I clicked "Authorize from Zoom App Marketplace" and logged into Zoom with my SSO. All looks good for me and I can use the CTI adaptor in Salesforce.


Issue is that every user is getting this error and are getting redirected to an admin only page in Salesforce. I have uninstalled (deleted everything) and reinstalled the Zoom package multiple times with the same issue. We didn't have an issue with Zooms 2023 SF package or previous versions.

Has anyone else encountered audio issues with Zoom on T-Mobile? Several users (iOS & Android) can't hear or be heard during calls over their data connection. We've submitted a ticket with Zoom and confirmed basic troubleshooting, but Zoom claims it's a T-Mobile issue. The call quality dashboard for Zoom shows no receiving stats for T-Mobile users, so it does seem like maybe a port issue on T-Mobile's end. Looking to see if any others are experiencing this.

I have been working through the process and documentation to upgrade our Zoom for Salesforce plugin to the newer Zoom for Lightning plugin. I've been through the various steps to install it into our Salesforce org from the AppExchange, and then working through the Zoom documentation to customize it. When I get to the instructions for Setting up user access for the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning app, I look in Salesforce Setup at Manage Connected Apps, but Zoom does not show up there.

So when my users try to log in to the Zoom call center within Salesforce, from the Utility Bar, they see a message: "Warning: The current product is not active." 

I tried opening a ticket with Zoom Support, but they just sent me here to the Forums. I'm hoping someone has an idea of what I might be missing. Thank you.

CSV import to Zoom issues(E.164 number)

I am able to pull data out of our EHI program called Alayacare.  It's a straight CSV file.  I have to move these values into Zoom test import file to bulk upload external contacts.  The problem with this is that the CSV file format does not like +'s and I am having difficulty formatting the CSV file phone number to E.164 format (+15415555555).  Does anyone have any tips because I have to deal with this everytime that I import contacts.

 

The Zoom external contact system won't accept the CSV import if the phone number is NOT in the E.164 format.

Is there a way to increase font size of SMS messages in the Zoom app, I know how to increase the whole Team Chat font size but it doesn't work for the SMS messages, we have a client that is visually impaired and needs a bigger font size for SMS messages and everything I have tried does NOT increase the font size on SMS, please if anyone has an answer HELP.
