I would like to allow my assistant to manage the organisation of my Zoom meetings. She wouldn't attend them nor host them, but just manage the administrative side. Is this possible :

 

a. with a basic account?

b. and how do I let them see my meetings? I have added a new test user (Basic level) to my account but they don't see my meetings.

Zoom dont stop charge me

They keep charge me, when I call for a pasword to login and try to login I have a second account made

 

Cant stop the payment, and it is charging on a profil which is not accesable

I have a meditation program that includes a group that meets every day for a meditation. I wanted it to play automatically every day  - every hour.
I bought the special "event" package - and it was not cheap.
Within 24 hours - we discovered that this service did not work on mobile devices. No where did we see - or did a customer service/sales person we talked to about what we needed say - this was the case. In fact - most of the representatives didn't even know this was the case until we asked continually about it. We went through at least 3 service/sales people before it was found out that this service does not work on mobile devices.
Zoom is saying because we signed up for an annual package - they can't refund us our money.
We had to find another service which did what we needed it to - that was also not inexpensive - but Zoom is now refusing to refund us, even though they didn't give us the correct info.
I have always been a big fan (and consumer) of Zoom products. This experience has put a sour taste in my mouth now and makes me very sad.
For $1000 they are ready to throw away a happy customer. I'm on hold at the moment and have been for over 30 minutes to try and reach someone. Even the extensions number on the Zoom representative isn't working so I just called the regular number. Horrible customer service and policies being implemented.
I'm not sure who sees this message - but I hope someone reads this and is willing to make this right!

Greetings of the Day!

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding the implementation of Zoom via OAuth in our mobile app. Our current requirement is to obtain a meeting ID and meeting link for users to easily join Zoom meetings. While we have made progress in implementing Zoom, we have encountered a specific challenge that we would appreciate your help with.

 

Currently, we have followed these steps to implement Zoom in our app:

1. We successfully obtained the code using the following API:https://zoom.us/oauth/authorize
2. With the generated code, we were able to acquire the access token using this API:https://zoom.us/oauth/token
3. After successfully generating the access token, we create the meeting link using this API:https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me.


These steps have been functioning as expected, and we are pleased with the progress. However, in our unique scenario, we have a specific requirement where we do not wish to redirect users to the Zoom marketplace for code generation. Instead, we aim to acquire access tokens directly via the client ID and secret key.

 

We kindly request your guidance and support in resolving this particular issue. Any insights or assistance you can provide will be highly valuable to us.
