I paid my latest Zoom invoice today for monthly pro. My account still shows as basic however. My invoice says it's paid till September 13th and the account number on the invoice is definitely the account I am logged into as I have cross referenced. Yet I am showing as basic. I have tried logging out and in on all devices and it does not help.
Assistance is appreciated. Thank you

I just got an email from Zoom:


Zoom will be adding a new setting within the Admin Portal to give you more control over the types of telemetry data Zoom collects to improve our products and services. Starting August 19, 2023, admins and owners can visit the Zoom web portal under Advanced > Privacy to see two new toggles: “Required Service & Diagnostic Data” and “Optional Usage & Diagnostic Data”. Both settings are available at the Account and User Level.

 

What is included in "Required Service & Diagnostic Data" or "Optional Usage & Diagnostic Data"? The email doesn't explain.

Horrid support

I have a paid liscence.  I can’t access my old email so I tried to change my email address.  It says I need to access my old email to confirm the change.  What don’t you understand about unable to access old email.  Then I tried the online chat.  Told my liscence doesn’t accept the online support.  So paying close to $200 a year doesn’t qualify.  That is not acceptable.  Ok then I tried the phone support only to be told my paid liscence doesn’t qualify for phone support.  So I submitted a ticket only to find out that that isn’t even a priority.  I am part of an nonprofit organization.  The customer support is horrendous.  I am now moving our company to another platform so zoom will be losing several liscence.  How can a business survive with such horrible customer support.

I use a Mac Mini at the office and often on the road a few times per week with the Macbook and I need to use Zoom in all the places. 

It's been very frustrating for years that Zoom signs me out and doesn't let me use multiple devices.


With that said it's gotten worst of late with signing me out immediately after signing back in - I guess it's still recognising my sign-in on the Macbook - So I have been signing out of all devices, which when I'm running late for a Sales meeting that I'm hosting is an anxiety-inducing situation.  Is there a better way to use two laptop/desktop devices that I'm unaware of?

Hello,

I have a question and need help, nobody there to email about t

We had our credit card stolen and didn't see the automatic payment didn't go throw for 2 months

We have now paid the 2 months from the past but the payment plan that was before got deactivated and no way to have the same deal that was active last year. It now only takes us to normal plans

How can I reactivate the deal we had before?
