Hi @RaunakLikhar, welcome to Zoom Community! Any of your account admins would be able to reset or disable your 2FA.
To reset two-factor authentication (2FA) for a user, sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin. Navigate to User Management, then Users, and select the user whose 2FA you want to reset. In the user's profile, locate the Two-factor Authentication section and click on the Reset option. This action will prompt the user to set up 2FA again the next time they sign in to Zoom. For more information, check out Managing two-factor authentication (2FA).
