Resolved! Power Pack - Assign Status

I have power pack and wish to know if I can manually set employees statuses (stati) to something other than away if they are here and just not logged in. Have so many people that will not adopt that it is playing heck with our office. Thanks.

Hello all,Does anyone know if I can set up a Fax Mailbox in Zoom Voice and forward that to an email address? I set up an Auto Attendant with my fax number and set it to forward to an email address. Just looking to see if that is all I need?
