Hello Zoom gurus. Our users recently started getting errors when sending SMS (or replying to SMS), they still are able to receive SMS. I do understand this part:
but to me it sounds like that policy should be related to the programmed messaging only and telemarketing. Do regular users/phones need to be added to SMS Campaign in order to send just regular SMS?
