On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Phone call recording search longer than 30 days

In Phone System Management >> Logs >> Recording I am only able to search for calls covering a 30 day span.  That means given a legal discovery situation where we needed to recover every call to/from a specific customer we would have to search one month at a time?  I've opened a ticket with support but wanted to bring this to everyone's attention in case there's an easy fix, or to raise awareness off an inconvenient limitation.

 

The workaround I've found is to run the call log report to find when the calls happened, then move over to the recordings section to actually download the calls.  It's still searching for recordings one month at a time, but at least the call log report (which does not have this limitation) will advise which months contain recordings that need downloaded.
