The new shared group is working for 2 of the three users, but it won't even ring the 3rd user. Almost seems as if her account isn't setup. I can't find any differences between a working account and the non-working acct. Any ideas on what I can check ...

We don't have any desk phones. It is just the zoom clients installed for both users. I will try to create a new group with the same settings. We had it working before with other users.
