Yealink phones stop parking calls until I reboot.

I have Yealinks desk phones assigned to all my users in HQ.
We set up Sequential Call Park buttons because we get a lot of calls into the operator who parks the caller on one of 6 buttons, then pages the department to pick up the call on Park 1, Park 2.... Park 6.

I have similar setups in seven or eight small stores with 6-8 phones and three Park buttons and have not had problems with this. In HQ, however, we come in to office in the morning and the park buttons are normally lit green if available or red if someone is parked there, the lights will be out. If we see the lights out, we know the buttons will not work to park a call. I have to send a reboot comm and to the phone, and then it comes back on and the lights are lit and all is well.

 

I have not seen a pattern, such as every night or every 4 days or anything. It's random and not all phones, and not consistently the same phone.

 

In HQ I have a mix of T43U and T54W.
It happens to both phone models.

I am even wondering if I could initiate a workaround such as a nightly reboot at 5 AM or something until I get this figured out. Anyone know if that is possible?

Hello.  I am trying to get started with Zoom Phone.  I have the Unlimited Calling Plan.  I can receive calls but cannot make calls.  It tells me, "Sorry, we cannot complete your call.  Your service plan does not support calling this destination."  Is there a setting I need to change, or what?

Show Original Callers Number in Caller ID when Transferring Calls

The ability to show the original caller's number would solve all sorts of problems. As it stands, we lost functionality when moving to Zoom phone. From what I can tell, this is a gap in internet phone offerings. Zoom be the technology leader!

Hello. I am trying to bulk add speed dials for all my phones. I located Phone System Mgmt > Users & Rooms > Import > Add Key & Positions and successfully uploaded a CSV with the desired speed dial assignments. But they are not transferring to the phones and I am not sure what steps to take next. The instructions seem to imply they should just appear, but they are not. The phones are Yealink T46S with updated firmware. Thank you!

Are Zoom SMS messages stored in the cloud or locally (on mobile / desktop) devices?  Are Zoom SMS messages accessible centrally (via admin credentials) or do you need account credentials for each user? As a bonus question, if any SMS messages are deleted, are there any options for recovery of those messages?   I appreciate any feedback and/or links to resources that help with the answers.

how do i get a direct number

Hi! all can anyone please help i dont understand how to get a direct number, i filled out the form to get the sms running and everything went well, but because i dont have a direct number i cant send or receive them

SMC Campaign for "individual"

SMS Campaign only allows "Corporate" entities to apply for DLC Brand. How does an "individual" create a DLC Brand/Campaign. so as to allow an SMS to be sent?

I have an active brand and SMS campaign.  I have assigned my phone number to the campaign, but it is showing "Unverified" for the messaging status.  Would appreciate any assistance to get this resolved.

I signed up with Zoom Phone for personal use, I do not have a business to register under the 10DLC. How do I enable the ability to send SMS? (again, for PERSONAL use only)
