Voicemail Automatically Deletes
In the desktop Zoom client, my voicemails have recently starting automatically deleting without even playing when I click the play button. Any advice would be welcome.

Majority of our users are in the USA. One of our Zoom Phone Users is in Philippines, Is there anything i can do to change user's region on his account to improve call quality? Or Zoom Phone adjusts it automatically based on where the app is used from?

I use Zoom Desktop and Zoom iOS, however, I do not want to receive calls through Zoom iOS as I take all calls through Zoom Desktop, and only use iOS for chat when I'm away from my desk. Is there any way to turn off the calling feature on Zoom iOS that is not uninstalling or logging out of the app?

Anyone here can you let me know how can I resolve this issue
I want to create a voicemail box that plays a message only. So when a caller calls the number is says blah, blah, blah. Can I set it up so the number is directly to the voicemail and not a device assigned to a user or common area?
On of my users just got this error message upon trying to send an SMS via the Zoom desktop app (same happens on phone) I can find no reference to what the daily cap on SMS messages might be, but from my usage logs this person shouldn't come anywhere close to a cap. They are talking with some of our contractors about filling jobs, not some sort of automated marketing campaign or anything. The only references I can find are API rate limits but even then, I don't think they'd hit that ceiling. I have created a ticket, but is there some setting or report I'm missing? Thanks!

I'm looking for a deskphone that takes the least amount of deskspace, is Zoom compatible (not necessarily Zoom certified), uses wifi and has bluetooth. Any suggestions? Preferably something under $100. TIA
one of our agent now able to call 64 7 series number. i,e 64 7 862 2044 from his zoom phone. When the dialer call outs if there’s a space like this in the area code (64 7) it ends up saying “the number you are calling does not have service”, or something like that and then disconnects. Its not uncommon either.

I paid my invoice and my phone is still not working. I've emailed my account manager Angelo and he's giving me zero solutions. What am I supposed to do?
I am trying to stage an AR for a user where that can be in control of their recordings and IVR options. Also granting them the ability to change it to a straight forward from the IVR function. The only problem is I cannot find a way to disable the ability of that user to delete or add a phone number to the AR. We don't want to let the user change phone numbers. Is there anyway to restrict the AR Admin role to not allow number management? Call queues seem to have that ability with the 'Manage Basic Information' selection on a CQ Admin role.
