Poly VVX 250 Rebooting

We are having major issues with our Poly vvx 250's rebooting after internal and external calls. It is not all the time and not all of the phones. Is anyone else experiencing this? We are working with Poly and Zoom.

Headset doesn't work with zoom

My bluetooth headset isn't working with zoom. It works with Microsoft Teams and Google meets, just not zoom. This is since the latest update. My settings all seem to be correct. Please advise

Started recently, perhaps version 5.16.1, we're starting to see the following.  Once the Windows 10 Zoom Widget is opened, it can't be moved on the screen.  The functions all work, and it can be closed.  The window, however is unmovable.  If the user moves to a new machine, the widget works.  But once this starts happening on a machine, it isn't unrecoverable and will keep happening.  We've tried logging off, and reinstalling.  Anyone see this?  Any suggestions?  We have just opened a case too.

I am getting a specific error saying "Failed to get response from pbx country api: null". I am getting this error while i want to add emergency address for activation of Zoom Phone. What should i do?

Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?

Is it possible to capture SMS text on an iPhone (iMessage off) with Zoom?

I am looking to see how to do this or if even Zoom supports this. I am inquiring because we want to capture SMS texts on user's iPhones (we will have iMessage disabled). This is for archiving SMS texts for compliance reasons.

Hello all! I have a small law firm with a virtual legal assistant based in Argentina. I would like her to start answering phone calls, forward them to myself or my paralegal, and return some calls. How would I set this up so she can answer the main phone line and how can she return calls to the US? Right now we use the auto-attendant. I would like that auto attendant to pick up if she is unable to answer the phone. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! 

 

She is using the desktop app.

I have a polycom phone that I am unable to configure with Zoom so that it can make outbound calls, inbound calls and communicate with other polycom phones in my office in the same network. Model of Polycom phone is VVX300

Ringtone choices are terrible

The ringtone choices are terrible.  We have the Yealink MP56 and wondering how I can upload a custom ringtone so I can just get a normal sounding phone ring.
