I have encountered an issue related to the notification behavior in the Zoom Android and Windows apps, specifically when receiving calls from my team. I have set the notification preference to "Always, even if I am active on desktop," but the behavior is inconsistent.

The problem is as follows: When someone calls me in Zoom from my team, the Windows app rings, as expected. However, on my Android device, instead of ringing, I receive a notification. Ideally, in this scenario, both my phone and PC apps should ring simultaneously to ensure I don't miss important calls.

This inconsistency can be frustrating and may lead to missed calls, which is especially problematic for those who rely on Zoom for work. I need help to fix this issue. 

I canceled my pro subscription back in May when I closed my business for Maternity leave. I am not planning on reopening my account when I go back to work. I still have the app on my phone but my account is now basic so there are no icons to call or text people. However, people are still able to call me as my phone will ring on the app but I can't answer it. They are able to leave voicemails, I don't get a notification but I get the transcript via email. They are still calling to book my services so I assume my voicemail is still active. I have taken down my number everywhere I had it advertised before. How can I cancel this number? Now that my account is basic I have no access to phone settings on my account (as they shouldn't exist but clearly it still does) and I have no access to support to solve the issue. Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it?

I am trying to reset a user password and following the below instructions. I do not see the option mentioned in step 4. Can someone post a screenshot of this, as I don't see it as an option. Thanks!

How to change a user's password

To change a user's password:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation panel, click User Management then Users.
3. Click the email address of the user who needs their password changed.
4. Find the Sign-in Password section, then click Edit. 
5. Enter the new password twice, ensuring that it meets the password requirements.
6. Click Save Changes.
   You will be notified that changing the password will sign you out of all devices. Click OK to confirm.

I'm using Zoom 5.16.2 (23409) and macOS 13.6 (22G120).  Most of my Zoom use is for video meetings, launched by links from Google Calendar.  So most of the time I keep the main Zoom window minimized and the whole app hidden.  I like to keep it that way to reduce clutter on my screen.

My employer added phone service to our Zoom accounts a few months ago.  In the past 2–3 weeks, I've started receiving more calls.  Again, to reduce screen clutter, if I will not use any Zoom functions during the calls, I minimize the window and hide the app.  That gives me screen space to use other things while I'm on the call.

It all seems fine until…  the remote party disconnects.  When that happens, Zoom plays its "call ended" sound, and then…

ZOOM CRASHES!

The next time I start Zoom, it prompts me to report the crash, which I do, every time, with a brief explanation and my email address.  I never get a response.

It's very easily reproducible.  I've done it by calling my Zoom phone number from my mobile phone to simulate receiving a call.  If I minimize the window and hide the app, then end the call on my mobile, Zoom crashes every time.

So, where do I submit a bug report about this?
