Thanks. I saw that solution elsewhere, but this line does not have a phone number assigned. I just ran a test myself and confirmed outbound external calls are not allowed.

Hi Tony, Do your staff have Zoom accounts they can log into? I find that's the easiest way manage greetings. Just log into the Zoom account on the web and access the Phone panel on the left. Chris

Did you accidentally enable the Hide self view setting? In the Zoom app on your device, open the Settings and go to the Video pane. It's one of the checkboxes below your video preview.
