Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?

Hello Chris,
Welcome to the Zoom community. Currently, this feature is not available and is in the works, to be released in future but no set timelines.
The way to workaround this would be following:
1. In common Area phone's call handling settings, Please set closed hours, if at a certain time there is no one available to take a call during certain hours say 3 PM onwards
2. Set Do Not Disturb on each phone or via the web
If this response helps, please accept the answer as an accepted solution, so others can benefit as well.
