When I try to join a meeting with my USB microphone, my Zoom crashes immediately. I have also tried with other microphones, but this does not happen. Only when I select my actual microphone (the USB microphone) does the meeting crash for me. my mic: (mixer) Steinberg UR22mkII Windows 10

Hello, I teach in person and via zoom using my iphone, at the same time, projecting my phone to a TV. The zoom app (this problem started last year 2024) flips screen. Meaning it flips the video on the screen making it seem backward, this only happened after a certain update last year 2024. If there could be a setting were I can flip the orientation of the screen so this problem does not occur when mirroring from the zoom app on my phone to a television. Thanks, (or let me know where that setting is and is something that maybe I can't find) Latest Zoom Version March 2025 Device Type: Iphone Details about troubleshooting steps you have already taken: I have tried flipping my phone to find the right orientation to project but its not the right orientation for the camera for student taking the class via zoom to view me correctly

When i'm trying to launch zoom meeting using Boss Gigcaster 8 mixer , and trying to open audio configuration the zoom application crashed. When I"m using Zoom version 6.2.6 , It works ok. All the new versions crashed.
Tested version: 6.3.5 (54827) Trying to open the audio settings or making a call with a microphone configure with a high frequency makes the window crash instantly. Mic configuration: 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz To reproduce: - Change the microphone settings to 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz in the windows sound config - Try to either make a call or open the settings in the audio session - The call / settings window will instantly crash Workaround - Set the microphone to use a lower frequency (like 96000 Hz or lower)

I am on a Mac and there is purple icon in my menu that I have never seen before, when I scroll over it, it says "zoom.us is capturing your computer screen" but I was not on a live zoom call. first, I quit zoom. still there. then I just went ahead and deleted the app from my computer: still there. now I am going to restart. better not be there when I get back.

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out here. My Zoom desktop app crashes every time I connect my condenser microphone. The video works perfectly, but as soon as I plug in the mic, the app quits. Interestingly, the web version works fine with the mic, but the video quality there isn’t great. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps—rebooting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, checking and installing updates for both my PC and the app, resetting, running a disk cleanup, and even deleting data—but nothing has worked. This has never happened before, and I’m really stuck on what to try next. Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks so much in advance!

Bonjour, Ce matin une personne m'a transmis un lien zoom. nous étions 2 à cette réunion . J'ai souhaité l'enregistrer, elle était d'accord. J'ai bien entendu l'expression "record in Progress". Quand la réunion zoom a été terminée, j'ai mis fin à cette réunion et je suis partie. J'ai voulu réécouter l'enregistrement cet après midi introuvable! Est ce que cet enregistrement s'est perdu, est ce que ca n'a pas fonctionné. y a t'il un moyen d'y accéder ? c'était très important pour moi. Si l'un d'entre vous a une solution. Au départ je l'ai enregistré sur mon ordi et non dans le cloud et quand je vais dans zoom et enregistrement il n'y a que la dernière que j'avais faite avant aujourd'hui qui date de janvier. La personne qui m'a donné le lien pensez vous qu'elle puisse avoir l'enregistrement aussi? ou que moi ? vu que c'est moi qui était enregistré. Merci pour les personnes qui me répondront. j'espère sincèrement qu'il y aura une solution. car je n'ai aucune trace. Cordialement. Emma
