Hello,
I use Zoom for software presentations, so I need to be sure that users can clearly see my cursor. How can I make it appear larger on the shared screen?

Good morning all. Question - the Zoom account interface for users once allowed you to change a user from a "Licensed" user to a "Basic" and vice versa. The interface has since changed and now has a drop down that lists "Zoom Workplace Business" and "Unassigned". Is the Zoom Workplace Business choice equivalent to selecting "Licensed user"? I must have missed the release notes on this.

Ogni volta che voglio avviare una riunione mi compare un messaggio che dice che devo aggiornare Zoom alla versione più recente e per farlo devo contattare il mio IT support team. Per questo motivo non riesco mai ad organizzare io stesso una riunione ma solo ad entrare in quelle degli altri. Non trovo da nessuna parte le istruzioni su come posso aggiornare tutto alla versione più recente per avere le tutte funzionalità di Zoom base. In più ho provato a fare il download di Zoom sul mio computer e quando vado per installarlo ogni volta mi dice che la mia password o email è errata, allora l'ho cambiata al momento seguendo le istruzioni indicate (e scrivendomi la password nuova e corretta) e una volta tornato alla schermata di accesso con email e password mi continua a dire che è errata; appunto per questo sono mesi che mi tocca partecipare a Zoom dal web e non dall'app sul computer, non c'è nemmeno un servizio di assistenza con cui posso parlare con un operatore. se qualcuno potesse aiutarmi gli sarei molto grato.

For some reason, meetings that I've record are not providing speaker attribution in the resulting transcript.
Any ideas? I looked through previous recorded meetings and speaker attribution is there. I don't know if this is a result of the recent client updates or what.
I looked through various settings and I don't see anything that would toggle speaker attribution on/off.
I am currently using the desktop client Zoom Workplace, v6.1.11 (45505)
Is it possibly related to who the meeting organizer is? E.g., it's not me, but I was granted authorization to record the meeting?

Recently (over the past week), when I click on the "Meetings" tab from the sidebar, it takes me to the screen but doesn't display anything. It sometimes comes back after I click around for awhile but today I couldn't find the meetings. Please help.

Hello seeking advice! New user of Zoom here (Google Meet prior). Each week we have a recurring All Hands meeting with all company. The usual format is: How do we recreate this in Zoom? Is it using co hosts and can ppl share simultaneously and or can multiple people control the slides if shared by someone else? I also wonder what happens if im away once week - If I transfer the meeting in google calander will I need to assign co host prior to the meeting. Can you do this without having zoom events license? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Team, I’m Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue where Zoom on my tablet is not routing audio to my Bluetooth speaker, even though all other apps and system sounds are working perfectly through the Bluetooth speaker. I’ve checked and confirmed that Zoom’s audio output settings are set to the Bluetooth speaker, but it still plays through the tablet’s internal speaker. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Despite these steps, the problem persists. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for this issue? I just had a meeting where people had to register to be a part of it. Several times it said that I was in the meeting room waiting ot be let in. I thought this was weird since I was already in the room. It turned out that every time it was a participant that wrongly had my name. This meant that only 2 people came to the meeting. What happened and how can I change those in the future so people have their own names when signing into the meeting?
