This issue has me banging my head against a wall. I have cox internet in AZ with the service 1 gig up/down (with speedtests showing 920’ish both ways). I have unifi equipment and all affected devices are hard wired. The issue occurs on my wife’s and I laptop. When we join a zoom meeting everything is fine. But once we share screen, we get internet connection is unstable and from the other users in the meeting they report our voices are robotic or don’t transmit at all. they also report the stream lags extremely bad or freezes. This issue does not happen when using teams or any other meeting software. All other devices/services work perfectly fine in my environment.  To troubleshoot I have plugged my laptop directly into the modem, bypassing my router, and the issue still occurs. I had a cox technician here this morning and he basically shrugged his shoulders. I know something is being blocked upstream and I need to be able to go to cox with this evidence. Has anyone he

After updating to iPadOS 26.5 (stable release), joining any Zoom meeting on my iPad results in the iOS CallKit audio screen taking over the entire display. The header reads “Zoom Audio (or video) – [timer]” with a phone icon, and the screen shows only Speaker, Video, Mute, More, End, and Keypad buttons — the native iOS phone call UI, not Zoom’s meeting interface. I recently recorded a meeting (local recording) and I had my computer in Gallery mode. I didn’t realize it would record in the gallery view; what I wanted was only the feed from me. Is there anyway to access other recording viewed so that only have my feed, the speaker, instead of the full gallery?

The meetings links imported (using ID) from another site/meeting are no longer accessible in the new site, hence, participants can’t access previous meeting recordings. How can I reinstate the links? They are still available in the original site.

I scheduled a recurring meeting and sent invite to 20 people with the wrong meeting ID. Is there any way to change the meeting ID and resend email without deleting the incorrect meeting ID?Thank you in advance for your help.

Up to recently the feature of activating Full Transcript in a non-recorded meeting was available; however, currently it is locked by Admin. Is there any way to enable that feature? Thank you.

is there any way to change the settings on the appearance of the CC/Live Transcriptions during a meeting?i’m using the web browser client. there were two tiny lines, squashed to 1/10th of the screen width, and they kept changing order as different people were speaking.  there wasn’t any way to resize the caption area, or change font size/colour/background.  (that i could find, anyway.)  is that it??? 

This its so frustrating spending hour, trying to talk with someone, and impossible. My boss wants me as a Co-Host in every call, and be able to start meetings without him present at the beginning, everything that AI tells me its not a way possible, and my boss its getting mad because he its paying for that service and i cant figure it out, pleaseeee!!! 

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it.  Tyler

Does anyone have any idea as to why starting this week Zoom is telling you (in a very loud voice) that you are "muted" "unmuted"? I can't find a way to stop it from telling me. 

Been using Zoom since its inseption.. Hello, i’m facing an issue with my zoom meetings. The video option is not available when i host meetings. The error i see when i hover over the meeting window prior to starting the meeting is that the “host has turned off video for this meeting” - which doesnt make any sense, as i am the host. In my settings, under Video, my USB Video Device is detected, showing my video and working. I have ran CleanZoom and re-installed, but only for the Zoom Workplace client. I am unable to install the citi.zoom.us ZoomVDIUniversalInstaller, as the installer fails due to not having permission to install a zVDdiService.dll. I have full admin access for my home PC, so unsure why this would be the case.

Hi, I joined a Zoom meeting as a guest (not signed in). The host was having trouble recording, so I selected "Record" on my side. I heard the Zoom audio message confirming that the recording had started.When the meeting ended, I lef the meeting, and I never saw any message about it processing or saving. But I did see a message to sign in to see your recording. No file shows up on my device and nothing appears in my Zoom account.Is it possible to recover this recording in this situation — when the participant was a guest and the recording may not have finished processing?Any guidance would be appreciated, I cannot get any live person from Zoom to help me.Sent from my iPhone

I recently upgrade to a Zoom license in order to be able to use the remote control option for users at my job. However, when a user shares their screen, I don't see that option. I have looked at all the settings and turned on what, I think, is necessary and what another licensed user has, and can use the remote control option, but it still doesn't appear. What setting or option am I missing?

I have a scheduled YouTube Premiere video for my Book Launch, and I want all participants to watch it with me through Zoom. I do not want anything to go wrong. Is it possible to achieve this on Zoom?

Hello,  Can someone direct me to the new areas where older functions can be located in the new workspace version of Zoom Meetings? I want to share my screen and give remote access to the Zoom participants. I used to be able to do that under the Share function. Now I can't find that option.  Thank you!

Want to reset zoom settings to default on my laptop.

I use Zoom to teach Korean Professionals. I use the transcript feature to assist in administering lessons and offer feedback. Although those in the meeting are speaking English, The transcript is recording what they are saying in Korean. This has never happened before. Any insight as to how to change this would be greatly appreciated

We use the all screens share extensively to assist participants through installs, activities and to do some semblance of proctoring when doing quizzes.  I have checked all my settings and all the appropriate settings are still enabled to be able to use the all screens share.  However, it does not show up as an option under the share button in the zoom in-meeting menu.

In the meeting I want to get the transcripts without recording the meeting. I tried by turning on the caption but at no point did I get the choice/button for transcript. Please help. Thanks!

Hi team, I knew that I can see up to 49 people on one screen in Gallery View mode,Then is it possible to see 98 people If I use dual monitors?(There is a dual monitor tap in the video setting..) Is there a way to see more than 49 participants at once with one accounts?

I have experienced this when i updated it on AUR using yay, from 7.0.0-1 to 7.0.5-1. When using 7.0.0-1 it works fine but after updating it lags so much.
