Does someone need a friend 

I have none checked for background and it's still blue. I've deleted the app from all of my devices and it is still showing up.  Any help is appreciated 

I have done everything according to the videos trying to remove the virtual background. I've gone to settings, in meeting advance, virtual backgrounds, and turned it off. I've even reset it. That is supposed to remove the uploaded picture from the system altogether....and it's still on there. The videos are old that they sent me in the chat. It says there is a button to choose "none." On mine it is a button - turn virtual backgrounds on or off. I've logged out and then back in again....it's still on. Every option in the chat doesn't pertain - any thoughts?

Periodically, I receive a notification “ You have [x] recordings that will be permanently deleted on 2026-xx-xx. Click the link below to view files that will be deleted soon. You can restore any files you want to keep before deletion.”When I click on the link to the list of recordings that will be deleted unless I “recover” them, there does not appear to be an easy way to view the recording (so that I can decide whether to recover it or let it be deleted). What am I overlooking?

I have done workouts on zoom since 2020 and the sound has been fine with a slight delay for members. Now, the sound is garbled, or it seems parts of the music just disappears. Some people can’t hear music at all.  What I need is to share my computer audio from Spotify, while showing me on video. I have changed settings and nothing has worked.  I have been talking to support for over a month and still haven’t been able to get a live person to help.  Has anyone found the right settings for this?

I pay for zoom and I can't find any help for a week.   It is unusable and I use it all day for work.  All of my saved meetings are gone.  I have a hundred or so and now there is no meeting tab.   I can search and find a list of some meetings that are not alphabetical so I can spend 15 min before every meeting looking for the link to send someone.  This is ridiculous that I can't get a human to help me.   I tried everything online, uninstalling, looking for disconnecting calendar and meetings (can't find this), etc.   I can't believe that zoom took away the most important tab for some people.  Even when this is fixed, because of the lack of help, I will be leaving my one star review.  I never would have paid for zoom if I knew it would cause me so much frustration.  How do I get my meeting tab back??  

With the latest update, version 6.2.0, recurring meetings with "No Fixed Time" have been removed from the desktop client home screen and calendar. There is no way to put them back on there without changing them to a fixed schedule and end date. Tell Zoom that this change MUST BE REVERSED. I and thousands of other users routinely use Zoom to hold meetings with no fixed schedule and no end date. We don't use the Zoom calendar for anything -- we have our own calendar and invitation systems. All recurring meetings should be available somewhere on the client home screen. Zoom has been sending invasive unwelcome advertising to me although I'm on a paid subscriber plan. I want Zoom to stop this. Who knows how to make that happen. Thank you.

Hi I’ve reviewd the existing threads, but none seem to address my issue. The background currently is a Zoom default virtual background, not one I uploaded. I am unable to turn it off. I’ve alreaduyChecked my Virtual background setting Attempted to select “none” Upgraded my subscriptionNothing is working. What are the next steps.  

I work with a team of teachers who use Zoom to deliver services and lessons to students. We would LOVE to see a feature where you can mute individuals in the chat (take chat away only for a few participants while allowing others to continue as usual) as well as allowing us to take mic rights away from only specific students! Right now 1 kid can ruin it for the entire group because it is an all or nothing situation, either they all have the ability or no one does. We would love to connect with the development team at Zoom and get a couple of new features so that we can utilize Zoom better for our classrooms and students! Has anyone had any luck contacting Zoom about something like this and it actually happening? Our program pays big bucks to use Zoom, it would be nice if we could get such simple features for it!

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration... 

How do I keep the toolbar pinned on the bottom of a zoom meeting on a Microsoft computer. I will not stay showing.

Hi, my audio works fine if I'm only speaking or only playing music, but I can't get them to work at the same time. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to resolve it? Thanks

I have “Enable Waiting Room” active in the Zoom web settings, but normally use the option on the in-meeting Participants window to “Disable Waiting Room” after the meeting starts so I don’t have to keep manually admitting the latecomers.  But with the new update, that option to “Disable Waiting Room” seems to have been removed.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to turn that back on?  Is that controlled by a local admin setting? Note that I’m not seeing “Disable Waiting Room” as a greyed out option, it’s not visible at all on any setting screens or drop downs.  Also, I do also have a passcode set, so the waiting room wasn’t my only security setting in case there was a “must have one security option active” rule.

Teaching meditation we frequently toggle original sound, because the teacher needs background noise reduction and ALC - but the meditation bell requires turning off noise reduction.I see a lot of requests to bring back the toggle at the top of the screen. I’d like to add that a keyboard shortcut would be ideal in my case.Many Thanks,RichS

안녕하세요 줌 회의 진행중 화면구성과 관련하여 문의드립니다.  저희는 회의진행시 메인 발표자 1명과 참여자들이 순서대로 돌아가면서 보고 및 발표하는 형식의 회의를 주로 진행 하고 있는데 회의 여건상 화면구성을 여러발표자 모드에서 진행 하고 있습니다.여러 발표자 모드에서 진행하다보니 메인 발표자를 제외하고 1번 참여자가 발표진행후 2번 발표자가 발표하는 동안 1번 발표자가 화면의 밑으로 바로 내려가지않고 약 2분가량 발표했던 화면 위치에 그대로 있다보니 결국 화면 상단에 3명 도는 4명의 참여자가 위치하는 현상이 생깁니다. 발표를 마친 참여자가 다음 참여자로 바로 전환 되거나 발표 후 화면서 하단으로 위치하는 데 소요 되는 시간을 최소화하는 설정이나 방법은 없는지요?추가로 여러 발표자 모드에서 상단에 2명의 참여자만 고정 할 수 있는 방법이나 기능을 알고 싶습니다.  

Hello,I am trying to create a new Zoom account for my business email. When I enter the required sign up information the confirmation code is never sent to my email. I have checked all setting in my email and verified information is not blocked or going to spam/junk email. i have also verified no existing account with Zoom for my email.How to fix?? I am grateful for the help! I have used a Logitec C920 webcam with built-in mic since 2020 connected to my Apple MacBook Air (2023) running the most recent version of Mac OS. Since last week, the Logitec camera connects just fine, but the mic is no longer recognized as an audio input. (My my iPhone is recognized along with the mic built into the MacBook.) Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

Hello,I tried running Zoom VDI and Zoom Client in Azure AVD and Mic works fine but no audio output from any tester or meeting. There is no audio settings to change because its just audio redirection. How can we troubleshoot this? I don’t have support, I would like to be able to join zoom meetings, but not having audio doesn’t work for me.

Last week, on Tuesday, 29 April, I used Zoom for the first time in several months and I noticed some new problems. When I clicked on the "Join meeting" link provided in the email, I was taken to the "Join meeting" page, as usual, and received a popup asking if I would like Firefox to open zoommtg links with System Handler (I used elementaryOS). Usually, it would ask if I would like it to open zoommtg links with Zoom client *OR* System Handler. When I choose System Handler, now, nothing happens! System Handler fails to open and Zoom client does not launch. No problem, I can just manually select the application that zoommtg links will open with. But wait, this is a problem, since the Zoom application is well-hidden deep within my files somewhere (and it is intentionally difficult / impossible to find). Greetings all, I recently downloaded Zoom for my laptop and can't get myself ready for meetings. More specifically, I'm unable to get my camera and USB mic to work, even though I've been using these without incident on Teams and other conferencing platforms. For instance, if I go to video settings, my camera's light is turned on, but the preview is just a black screen. Accessing these settings causes the Zoom client to hang - forcing me to choose to end task - yet my camera's light stays on, and I have to disable and re-enable the camera app from Windows settings to reset the camera. On the audio side of things, the speakers' test works fine, but not the mics'. Testing both the built-in and USB mic yields nothing. I tried the solutions found in Zoom's knowledge base. I uninstalled and reinstalled the client, updated Windows, drivers, restarted my laptop,  and checked the relevant permissions, to no avai

Hi, There is a subtle background blur I can't get rid of. The Blur My Background option is disabled.  Check the screen capture attached: unprocessed video feed from the camera at the right, and Zoom's at the left.Note that the blur is really soft compared to the Blur My Background effect. I tried multiple cameras and software, and I'm very positive that Zoom is adding that soft blur. Any idea why this is happening and how I can get the full unprocessed video feed on Zoom?My specs are:MacBook Pro M1 Max 16'', Mas OS Ventura 13.4.Cameras I tested:Logitech Brio 4k, Display iSight, FaceTime HD Camera, iPhone 14 Pro Max Camera Zoom 5.14.7 b18149  Looking forward to any help you can provide. Thanks!
