I've been using Zoom for years and this hasn''t happened before.
After finishing my recording, I got this message:
"Failed to Convert Recording
There is not enough space on the disk (which is weird since I had just deleted several prior recordings).
You need to make more space available on your disk by deleting files, then convert your recording by double-clicking the following files in the destination."
So I went ahead and deleted far more recordings then the one I had today (about 35 minutes), emptied the trash and the tried to double click on the two that said to "double click to convert..."
So, the file enlarges for a second and then nothing happens.
I have a Mac Pro if that's helpful.
Thank you so much! It was an important recording and I don't want to lose it.
