New meeting button isn't there

Hi, I currently have the basic plan but as far as I know I should be able to start a new meeting. The icon to do so isn't there. I can only schedule or host a meeting but it doesn't appear that i'm able to record. I have to be able to record as I am ... Show more

I currently have the basic plan but as far as I know I should be able to start a new meeting. 

The icon to do so isn't there.  I can only schedule or host a meeting but it doesn't appear that i'm able to record. 

I have to be able to record as I am doing a recorded presentation.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to let you know about an issue we are currently having with Zoom Workplace. Several users have reported difficulties when attempting to create and join meetings, resulting in application crashes.

Here are the specific issues we’ve encountered:

  • Users are unable to create new meetings, with the application freezing or crashing intermittently.
  • Users receive error messages when trying to join meetings or are unexpectedly logged out of the app.

These disruptions are impacting our team’s ability to collaborate effectively. We would appreciate any guidance or potential solutions you could provide to resolve these issues.

If there's a possibility of a troubleshooting session or if you could direct us to relevant resources, it would be immensely helpful.

Computer System Crashing while on zoom meetings

Both yesterday and today I've had system crashes while on a zoom meeting as a participant. My screen froze, time didn't change, I could still see and move my mouse but clicks had no effect nor did keyboard. I had to restart. I checked for updates but... Show more

Both yesterday and today I've had system crashes while on a zoom meeting as a participant. My screen froze, time didn't change, I could still see and move my mouse but clicks had no effect nor did keyboard. I had to restart. I checked for updates but I'm up to date. 

Something up with zoom?

Enabling Gallery View in Zoom SDK WebView

We have been using Zoom SDK for quite some time but today we noticed something which was not experienced earlier. Host video is not available to all the participants and all the incoming videos for the participants are randomized. We don't have the option to change view settings and all the live videos of participants are not shown. Most importantly all participants should see their subsequent host in the meeting but they are not able to do so as they are only shown one incoming video that is also randomized it can be either of the host or a participant. We have tried all possible changes from the admin console as well as through the Zoom SDK settings. Any suggestions?

Gravei um vídeo com o Zoom e ficou como um ficheiro em vídeo na pasta gerada por este em "Documentos". Abri o ficheiro em vídeo e funcionava. Entretanto coloquei o ficheiro em vídeo numa outra pasta para poder realizar uma transferência em formato ZIP para enviar por uma plataforma de envio. Depois de transferir para esta nova pasta, ainda antes de realizar o processo para conversão em formato ZIP o ficheiro em vídeo deixou de funcionar. Aparece a seguinte mensagem: "O Windows Media Player encontrou um problema ao reproduzir o ficheiro." Alguém me consegue elucidar o que se possa estar a passar, o problema e como poderei solucionar esta questão? Muito obrigado pela atenção

Resolved! The video is not being converted

Good afternoon! Can you tell me why the video that is saved on the computer is not converted? I double-click on double_click_to_convert_01 but nothing happens?
