Hi, I have been so frustrated! I uploaded some new images into my Zoom settings and changed my background image to a new one. The problem is that even after making this change, the old image is still the one showing up in my background. Why is this happening? I made the change, why is my change not taking effect, but holding on to the old image? I tried going back into my settings multiple times to make sure I clicked on the new image I wanted, but it is not registering the change whenever I go to a Zoom meeting. I hope someone can help me with this, because I don't know what else to do! This seems like a simple enough change to make, yet it is not working.

Good morning, I really need help with this as it's causing me a lot of trouble: I'm always the host of a meeting (an online class, actually). Since last week, every time I share my screen, black boxes appear on the side of the participants: they are "the back" of my tool bar and my "participants + host" squares where our live faces are shown. When I move the tool bar and/or the boxes where my students and I appear, the black boxes move too. It's difficult to explain. It happened overnight, I didn't do anything at all. Can someone help me, please? I've tried to uninstall and install again, rebooting the laptop and the problem persists. Thanks in advance Laia

Previous versions of Zoom had a very conspicuous and easy to use red 'record' button displayed on the main menu bar which turned into an also easy to use stop/pause button during recording. This is now relegated to a drop down menu that takes several seconds to get to and click on. This is stupid. PUT IT BACK where we can get to it quickly. OR allow us to customize the features we want on our menu bar. Another feature that has been 'updated out' is the pause during recording feature; previously you could pause recording without the software separating the video into separate clips. Now using pause cuts the video into separate individual files which have to be put back together with editing software if you want a continuous file. Also STUPID. If we wanted recording to be separate files, we would hit STOP or end recording.

There is some issue with zoom meeting reports.
I did two meetings and there are no reports for any of that.
I can't figure out why
Pls help
Hello guys. I'm having a problem with zoom. Every time that I share my screen (choosing an specific window), the window that shows the participants gets in front of their screen(black) and they can see clearly what I've shared. And when I'm sharing, If I alt+tab, appears a orange border on my screen and it blocks the file that I decide to share with them.
What can I do to solve it?
Thank you very much for helping me

When saving my Zoom meeting, it was saved into these files, and I have no idea how to convert them to a viewable format. Can someone please help me?
Thank you!
It will say, "double_click_to_convert_02.zoom"
this is so frustrating - it used to be easy to get zoom help now it is the worst system I have ever tried to access. i was just in a meeting where we could hear the host but the host could hear none of the participants even though we were unmuted. She is elderly which is why i am trying to help her work out the issue. is it something in her settings or any suggestions? Many thanks, Zangmo

Situation: I'm connected as a co-host in meetings, but have the free Zoomversion myself. I can click on the button: Recording meeting, hard disk or cloud. Question: If I click on this, can the host also start the record or is it just me? Thank you.
