I have users who are experiencing instability of ZOOM Workplace since updating to 6.4. Some are experiencing chat will not send and will cause workplace to close and relaunch. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution.

I have looked if there is an easy way to identify Team Chats where a file was shared. Even better to identify files share with an external Team Chat member.

Thank you but this does not address time perimeters for abandoned calls. a 1 or 2 second abandoned call counts as abandoned.

Thank you. Based on my newfound knowledge, figure my best solution is to create a "Call Queue holiday" template at the Company Info level and apply to Call Queues as needed.
