Hello. I work for a corporation. Every time it installs a Zoom update, I need to change two things...1. I need to change the display to HD Quality and 2. Dual Monitors needs to be turned on. 

Today, after installing a new version, i turned on the HD Quality but the "dual monitors" is no longer in the same place (Settings, General). Was it moved? When I do a search for "dual monitors" in Settings, it does not show where to turn it on. 

 

I use Zoom daily and need it to work with both my monitors.

pc에서 zoom 채팅을 입력할 때 한글 자음과 모음이 계속 분리되는 문제가 있습니다.

zoom을 통해 수업을 듣고 있는데, 강의자가 아닌 경우 수강생들은 마이크를 꺼놔야 합니다.그래서 수강생들은 채팅을 입력할 수밖에 없는데, 채팅을 입력할 때 한글 자음과 모음이 계속 분리되는 문제가 있습니다.어떻게 해결해야 하는지 아시는 분 있나요? 예를 들면, '안녕하세요'라고 입력할 경우, 'ㅇㅏㄴ녕하세요'로 입력됩니다.그래서 자음과 모음이 분리되지 않을 때까지 같은 단어를 여러번 입력해야 했습니다.제가 'ㅇㅏㄴㅇㅏㄴ안' 이런식으로 '안'이... Show more

어떻게 해결해야 하는지 아시는 분 있나요?

 

예를 들면, '안녕하세요'라고 입력할 경우, 'ㅇㅏㄴ녕하세요'로 입력됩니다.

그래서 자음과 모음이 분리되지 않을 때까지 같은 단어를 여러번 입력해야 했습니다.

제가 'ㅇㅏㄴㅇㅏㄴ안' 이런식으로 '안'이라는 글자를 3~5번 입력하다보면 언젠간은 자음과 모음이 붙은 형태로 글자가 입력됩니다.

 

zoom 외에는 한번도 이런 경우가 발생하지 않았습니다.

크롬 브라우저에서도 정상 입력 되고, 개발자 개발툴인 vscode나 cursor.ai 등등 다른 곳에서는 글자의 자음과 모음이 분리되는 현상이 전혀 발생하지 않습니다.

 

오직 zoom에서만 발생합니다.

ZOOM 6.4 instability

I have users who are experiencing instability of ZOOM Workplace since updating to 6.4. 

Some are experiencing chat will not send and will cause workplace to close and relaunch.

 

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution.
