I am having the same issue. We do not want Read ai connected to our zoom account. I need assistance from someone who can tell me the steps to remove.
Thanks!

Please help I have the same issue and its wasting my time and making me mad. I don't want read.ai yet it keeps joining my meetings. Why should I have to go and kick it out every time? I don't want it.
Working on a mac.

1. Please follow the steps outlined here to Delete Read account
2. If you are still seeing the Read app joining your meetings, take a look at this article:
Please also note that you may remove an automated meeting tool from a meeting if you do not want the content of that meeting to be recorded. This can be done by clicking the Security icon in the Zoom Meeting window and then clicking Remove Participant.
Another way to prevent automated tools from joining is to enable a waiting room for your entire account or a specific user. You would then only admit participants and not the automated tools.
Let me know if this helps!

I don't see why I should change my settings for meetings - please instead telel me how to get rid of it - without having to wade through articles either?
