Je cherche comment enregistrer un atelier en ligne en fixant l'enregistrement sur mon intervention de façon à ce qu'on ne voit pas les participants qui prennent la parole dans le replay.

Tengo la aplicación zoom one pro 6.5.9 en un iMac M3 con Sequoia 15.6.1. Pretendido cargar zoom en un MacBoock Pro con i9 y el mismo sistema operativo. Cargo la aplicación pero cuando intento ejecutarla me dice “no puedes abrir la aplicación zoom.us.app porque no es compatible con este Mac”. Ya he vuelto a recargarla, pero nada.

Hi, my audio works fine if I'm only speaking or only playing music, but I can't get them to work at the same time. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to resolve it? Thanks

以前はオーディオカンファレンスへの参加方法が「コンピュータオーディオ」での参加でスピーカーから音声が聞こえていました。
しかし、ある時から、聞こえなくなりました。
アンインストールして、インストールしなおしても同じ状況が続いています。
「スピーカー&マイクをテストする」のテストをしたところ、
オーディオカンファレンスへの参加方法が「電話」だと「スピーカー&マイクをテストする」で音声が聞こえます。
しかし、オーディオカンファレンスへの参加方法が「コンピュータオーディオ」にすると「スピーカー&マイクをテストする」で音声が聞こえない状況となっています。

Until recently, when we would elevate a voice call to a meeting, the voice call would stay connected. Now, the only option is for the end user to use their computer/meeting audio. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I revert it back so that the voice call can continue. We us this feature so that our end users can share their screen, so do not need it to change the audio to be through a meeting. We are trying to sunset another product we use for screensharing and all my agents are now reverting back to the old product as this is not working well.

Hi All, I purchased the Zoom Workplace Pro plan (1 user, annual billing), and it shows as active under my account. However, my meetings are still ending after 40 minutes. I am the account holder, but I’m not seeing a clear way to assign the license to myself under User Management. When I click “Edit,” I don’t see the option to change my user type to “Licensed.” I see no way to send an email to Zoom support about this issue on their site so that I can ask them to assist with confirming that my Pro license is properly assigned to my account and for help resolving the 40-minute meeting limit issue. Hi, I am having problems with Zoom on my new laptop which I have not had in years of using it before. - Black/grey boxes visible on participants' screens over any box I have open (e.g. video gallery, which I need to have open!) I have followed all the steps recommended in the FAQs (Advanced video settings, etc.) and it is still a problem. - My internet connection keeps crashing during meetings - the internet connection is still strong on my laptop, but I get "internet unstable" messages and it crashes repeatedly. My new laptop is a Lenovo if that makes any difference. Thank you in advance for any help!

The new A I operations has presented many operational (limited knowledge & help) issues and ZOOM now has NO personal help with phone number to explain these operational problems and issues that A I . Suggest one of these young programmers go on and try setting up meetings and SEE the problems that can happen and then try to get TECH SUPPORT person NOT A I Our association use to use ZOOM Meetings all the time, but now ( yesterday) no longer fully works. Had good video but sound for all 32 remote users DID NOT WORK and could not get ZOOM help Now seems to be NO real HELP
