Resolved! Video doesn't work
Joined a zoom meeting on basic service. Could not see myself on my screen. How do I fix that? I am an Apple person.

Resolved! recovering a meeting ID to schedule more meetings with that ID
I had a recurring link for Zoom meetings within our faith community. I had meetings scheduled out until the end of 2024 or into 2025. These meetings are no longer showing up in Meetings tab under upcoming or previous. I do have the meeting ID. Is there a way to create new meetings under this same ID for the future?

Ability to disable waiting room in meeting is greyed out in security drop-down
Hello Community, I would like to disable the waiting room once I start the meeting but when I go into "security" the "enable waiting room" toggle is not highlighted and I'm unable to change it. I understand that is an admin setting. How do I change that Admin setting so I have the ability to access the control in the "security"?
I've seen this question posted a few times, but no good answers yet - maybe today's the day????

how do I cancel 1 meeting set up in a series?
Hello, this is my first ask.
I set up daily meetings at 3pm, I need to cancel one of them, what do I do to make that happen with out cancelling the entire series?
Can no longer share my desktop
Hi, I've been using the zoom client on my NixOS laptop without issue for months now. Suddenly today, my OS updated Zoom to version 6.1.0 (198), which looks a lot different... and no longer allows sharing my desktop. It shows me an error message, "Can not start share, we only support Wayland on GNOME with Ubuntu 17 and above, Fedora 25 and above...." and a bunch more specified flavors of Linux. I've been using KDE/Plasma on Wayland since March, and have had zero issues sharing my screen in zoom until today. Can you please allow screensharing again for other Wayland setups? Cheers, John

Suddenly, two weeks ago, when I am in a zoom room meeting, if someone is off camera, I can no longer see their name in the zoom square. It’s as if no one is there. Similarly, if I take myself off-camera, all I see is a black space without my name.
