I recently started experiencing horrible static feedback when I switch on the Orginal Sound feature. I use a MacBook Air and Rode ll mic system. Everything worked fine until a month ago, now I cannot figure out what the issue is...I've done updates, restarts, changed cables, new mics and still the horrible sound persists. 

I cannot hear it while the meeting in on, but the clients can hear the buzzing static and it's on the recording. So I'm doing a million test recordings to trouble shoot but nothing is working! 

Please, anyone, help!

I had this problem. My account was linked to Facebook, but I needed to log in not through Facebook, but through my mail and password. I found the instructions and turned off Facebook login in the settings. Now I'm trying to reset my password, but I get an email that says:
We have received a request to change your account password. The system states that you can log in to Zoom through Facebook. Click on the button below and select login via Facebook.

But I can't log in via Facebook as I have disabled this feature. How do I access my account?

Audio Issues from the other person

I am doing an interview on Zoom call/meeting.  My audio is fine I have my Podtrack P4 and mic and headphones connected to laptop.  I am in the US and have fast internet at my house.   The guy I am interviewing lives in Germany and says his internet is not as great as mine, but the guy has money and lives in nice area.  But I am having audio issues on his end.  He can hear me, but when he talks sometimes, he is normal volume then the volume gets quiet. I can still hear him, but it gets very quiet like he is far away but is clear.  Then occasionally i don't hear anything.  This is all within 30seconds.  The video is always clear, so that makes me think it is not the speed of the connection.  So, I ended it and sent him a headset with a mic. 

Attempt 2 with headset:  Same thing happened.  Talking to my friends that do ZOOM calls at work constantly, they say if it was connection the video would be having issues.  but the video part is fine it is the audio.  Maybe he didn't hook the headset up properly, but it is a Logitech and just plugs into the computer and he showed me that it was on.  My friend that is into audio/video did some looking into it today and thinks it might be BACKGROUND NOISE SUPPRESION.  I have not tried that, but the guy's voice never sounds like a robot or breaks in and out like a bad connection it just gets quieter for a few seconds then goes back to normal for a few seconds, then I can't hear briefly before it goes back to quiet and normal volume.

Computer recordings placed in One Drive instead of Downloads

I had to uninstall and reinstall Zoom.

I can't remember what Setting I must change to place My Computer Recordings into Downloads folder instead of One Drive folder.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

I’m looking for a way to display a real-time clock in Zoom meeting rooms—both when meetings are in progress and when there are no meetings happening. It would be really helpful to have this feature to maintain time awareness in the room at all times.

Has anyone else requested this, or does anyone know if this feature is available or could be added? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I abhor automatic gesture reactions in Zoom so I've disabled them. 

 

Recently, Zoom started popping up desktop notifications every time I start a new meeting - not traditional desktop notifications but one that hangs off the camera icon in the MacOS taskbar (Sequoia 15.2). 

 

This is horrible. How do I make it stop? 

 

Grr, I would upload an image but this forum isn't letting me.

 

The notification reads:

 

Turn On Reactions

"zoom.us" has turned off Reaction effects. Click <camera icon> and select Reactions to add more impact to your gestures.

Hi everyone,

 

I have discovered a problem with sharing full screen while in a Teams Meeting in a Zoom Room.

I have the ability to share my full screen to the room's display, however on the screen, there are large margins on the sides only enabling me to use about 80% of the screen when sharing. 

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so, how were you able to resolve.
