What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Why don't yopu make the upgrade to the new Zoom interface an option the user can specify when it will take place?   The previsous interface was perfect for my needs, and when in a hurry to schedule a new meeting I am met with an interfweace that I now have to learn all over again.

I figured it out, but I must say I find the older interface design more lelgant and efficine.  Your giving me features I don't care about.

And I love Zoom... It is so much more reliable than any other video conferencing platform.

Just thought you should know All knowing and all wise Zoom

We've got a scenario where a teacher wants to create a One-to-One Zoom Scheduler booking page for a duration of a single day only.  However, Zoom Scheduler doesn't seem to allow you to select only one day when setting up a booking page.  If you do that and then try to proceed, it warns you "End date must be greater than start date."  If you try to only select one date it tells you "End date must be provided."  Am I missing something obvious here?  There are events that are one day only, especially in the education realm.

Hi there,

tearing my hair out as I try to book in some consultations with a team using @schduler.   .  Settings seem to have changed so that it is showing availability when I already have meetings booked. this is even though I have my outlook calendar linked (and meetings show in my Zoom calendar).

Also I can't book more than a week ahead and block out times that aren't available either.

Looking forward to your thoughts.   @SchedulerMaster

Hi there!

I have just set up a one-on-one event that I will send to a group of students for them to make individual appointments with me via Zoom.

I've set everything up (configured my available times and synced it to my Outlook calendar) and it's all fine EXCEPT for one date.

When I look at my available appointments for this specific day (a Friday), my available times jump from 12pm to 5:30pm as if the Scheduler is seeing that I have a conflicting event on the synced Outlook calendar--except there isn't anything on my Outlook calendar. I've tried to remove this Friday from the available days and add it as a specific day with special availability. I've also double and triple checked my Outlook calendar to make sure there isn't an event I'm not seeing--I have nothing scheduled for that day.

Am I missing something? Are there other parameters I can change to bypass this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

The app was working well for some time.  It is reviewing both of our schedules and recommending and appropriate time.  When we first booked meetings, it would show up on both of our Outlook calendars.

It now reviews our calendars appropriately, sends her an email that the meeting is scheduled, but doesn't appear on her calendar.  When looking at the outlook email invitation, it lists just a random series of letters and numbers as being invited.

I added her to the CC part for Zoom Scheduler to solve this.     How do I get it to work properly instead of sending to a bad email?

Hello!

For the past few weeks, I’ve been unable to schedule meetings through the Zoom module on my computer (Mac). I keep receiving an error message: “Unable to schedule the meeting. Error code: 100000403.” I’d like to specify that nothing has changed in my security settings or networks, and I never had any issues scheduling meetings before.

Also, every time I open the Zoom app on my Mac, I always see a message indicating that my calendar couldn’t be synced, which states: “Meeting and calendar services are temporarily busy. Refresh or try again later.” I’ve refreshed and retried several times… without success.

Could you help me resolve these two issues?

Recurring meetings - no fixed time

Hi, this post is more for curiosity. I'm wondering if I am in a tiny minority of people who have a large number of "No Fixed Time" meetings. This is because we have many clients with whom we "hop on a call" on short notice, at varying times. This use case seems to be a real second-class citizen, in that,

a. You can't create such meetings from the desktop app

b. The whole page is wasted space for me - see screenshot. I have to scroll down, click the tiny "Recurring meetings" link, and then scroll down through my many meetings to find one (alpha-sorted of that list was restored in - thanks!). Most of the screen is used with the beach umbrella and "no meetings scheduled, enjoy your day". (I don't have any meetings SCHEDULED, but unfortunately in my situation, that isn't automatically a beach day... sigh.)

If this is indeed a low priority use case, that's fine, but I have one small suggestion: at the top of this page can there be a simple one-line quick search box? That way I can quickly "zoom in" (ha) on my desired meeting. I believe that feature would equally benefit those have *scheduled* recurring meetings. Thanks!

Is this a scam

I recieved this after applying to several jobs on ZipRecruiter, Flexjobs & Linkedin. This does not appear to be legit. Does anyone have any information?
