Scheduler

I am on the Zoom Workplace Pro plan and would like to use the Scheduler Management feature.Could someone please confirm if the Scheduler Management feature is available as part of this plan or can only by used if I add it as a paid-for optional add-on to my plan?I ask because I have seen different information in different places and have tried using it by connecting my Microsoft 365 and Google Calendars and by creating a bookings page, all of which is available to me in Pro, but none of the meetings that are booked in my 365 calendar appear in the Zoom Scheduler Management bookings page, possibly/probably because I need to add it as a paid-for option?Grateful for any advice, thanks. 

I don't see a resolution for this scenario. In-Person meeting is say in Boston (Eastern Time Zone) I set up scheduler and set Availability to Eastern Time Zone. I set availability to 7am-4pm on a specific day. When I go to the booking page - I'm located in Austin, TX - it shows the earliest 7am ET availability as 6am (as defaults to Central Time Zone where I'm at) This is confusing - if the meeting can only be in-person and it's in Eastern Time Zone - should the booking page default to the selected Eastern Time Zone and simply be greyed out - basically locked? Having folks do time math to understand that the 8am in-person meeting that they selected when they were in Minneapolis 4 days prior to the meeting in Boston will actually be 9am ET when they're in Boston - it seems needlessly confusing.  Am I missing something on how to effectively do what I'm trying to do?

I want to create an automatic notification that is triggered when someone is marked as a no-show to a scheduled meeting. This does not seem to be an option...is there a workaround or does it need to be done manually? Or is it obvious and I'm just missing it? I cannot "cancel" a meeting once the designated time has started, so building it into the cancellation notification won't work. If it is not possible, is there a way to submit a feature request? Since it is possible to mark someone as a no-show, I feel like it would be easy to add that to the drop-down in the custom notification under the timing trigger, so the list would be: after booking before event starts after event starts after event ends after one cancelsafter marked as a no-showSurely I can't be the only one who would appreciate this feature???

I see that this has been an issue in the past. I need to set a schedule for appointments with customized start time (like 1:55 p.m. or 9:05 a.m.) but when I input that time using the Scheduler, it changes back to 9:00 a.m. What am I missing? I've tried "Set custom hours," "Date overide," changing the increment times, the duration, the padding times. I've read every article I can find, and used the Zoom Chatbot and nothing works. Any suggestions?

I need to link a form for my clients to fill out for their upcoming meetings that they have scheduled with me . They need to fill it out ahead of time so I am trying to embed the link within the reminder email that they receive the day before the meeting. I can get as far as copying and pasting the link when I click on the "embed link" option but then nothing happens after that, even when I press "finish". I am attempting to embed a link using a form from the app Tally Forms.  Can someone help me with this please? 

I am a zoom pro user. If i try to schedule a meeting by click schedule button, it pop up blank page. Not scheduling input field. If i click scheduler tab, it is blank. I have unstilled, reinstalled, sign out, sign in. It is really frustrating experience, take too much time. My time worth more than the subscription fee I paied.  Last time, I have to schedule on web but launch on app have some problem, as you still need to open app's schedule page. Please NOTE, this is a basic app, nothing to do with video, audio, device stuff yet. And this community post system is ridiculous, when you post a discussion. you have to  put a topic. "This board requires at least on label for each message". What are these concepts of Subject, Topics and Label?

I've set up the scheduler and have managed before to set Date overrides. However, this feature seems to have stopped working. I'm just adding dates, and keeping the hours to 9 to 5, click add, see the date added, but when I navigate the scheduler page, I still see the date showing and I'm able to book an appointment. What am I missing? Is there a tick somewhere to make this work? 

Am I just missing it, or is USA (+1) not selectable when entering a phone number?  I have had to use Puerto Rico to get the +1 in front of my number.  I might have missed it since there seems to be no order to the countries.

Hey all - hoping for some hacks or tricks I don’t know. Here’s my situation - I have three calendars that I would like to keep updated with the same availability. Each calendar is for a different kind of session and therefore has a different title. Is there anyway to add the dates and times I’m open ONCE and apply it to more than one scheduling calendar? Thanks for any input - I know it can be done manually but it’s such a pain in the booty.   

The, the meeting is at 5. But it is a 5 PM or 1700, But the email does not say so, iutz just says: 5.Bug,Also there needs to be a switch between 24 and am/PM.,

For the past two months, when scheduling new meetings, the meeting is not sent to recipients or put on my calendar when the SEND button is clicked 

Is it possible to show the scheduler link for the next two weeks, continuously? Right now, it’s only possible to set a fixed date or forever, but I’d like to change it so only it’s showing the next two weeks.

I just create a booking page with 5 booking types, all good - easy process.But I want to re-arrange them in a differnet order. Don't see a drag - drop option to reorganise the tiles.What can I do to re arrange my meetings so they are displayed in a proper order when recipients open my scheduler hyperlink?Thanks

I'm using Zoom Scheduler through Chrome on a Mac. I am trying to set up 30-minute meetings with a 15-minute buffer at the beginning and a 15-minute buffer at the end. I am available from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. I have input this information into Zoom Scheduler, but it is showing the meeting times available as 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30. I was expecting the first meeting time would be listed as 11:15, since that would give me the requested 15-minute buffer between 11:00 (when I become available) and 11:15 (when the meeting would start). I was expecting the last time available would be listed as 2:15: that meeting would end at 2:45, giving me the requested 15-minute buffer before I am no longer available (at 3:00). What am I doing wrong?

I’m able to connect my Apple iCloud calendar successfully, including generating and using an app-specific password. The connection completes without errors, and I can select and deselect the specific calendars that should be checked for conflicts.The problem is that the Scheduler does not appear to actually sync the underlying events. Most existing events on those selected calendars are not showing up as busy blocks. As a result, those times are presented as available for booking, even though they are already occupied on my calendar.I’ve also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar to rule out a stale connection. The behavior is the same after reconnecting.From what I can tell, it picks up one existing meeting (I have one tomorrow that appears), but nothing beyond that. Events later in the week and beyond are ignored.

When I create a meeting and press save in order to copy link - the spinning wheel of death comes up - I cant access my meetings either- any suggestions? 

It appears that the Zoom Scheduler no longer sends an e-mail invitation with the meeting link to everyone when I schedule a one-time meeting, even though it asks me to put in their e-mail addresses.  It used to do this.  But now I have to create an e-mail and cut&paste the link into it.  I want to send an actual e-mail to them, not just a calender notification.  Was this option removed, or can I turn it back on somehow?  I've seen conflicting info (e.g. that you can do this for recurring meetings, but not for one-time meetings).  Can someone give me a straight answer?  Thanks.

Zoom cannot access my iMac Contact list. How to fixI am a subscriber to Zoom.Until recently, using my iMac I have been able to set up meetings whenever required. A few weeks ago this changed, and now Zoom cannot access my Contact list, so I cannot invite any of my friends or colleagues to join my meetings.I am therefore paying for something I cannot use. Has Zoom made a policy change to stop Apple users having access? How can I resolve this situation? Thanks, Chris from Bowral N.S.W.

When going to the web page to create a new meeting (https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule) I click the calendar control and get a pop-up calendar. But it is transparent, and the controls underneath it are still enabled. It is not possible to use the mouse to click on a date. It is still possible to use the keyboard arrows to navigate the calendar but that is obviously not how it’s supposed to work. The same thing happens with all the dropdown.I am on a free plan so I am not allowed submit a support ticket. Has anybody ever heard of this?I am using Chrome on Windows 11. (This does not happen on Edge.)  

why cant i choose which email an invite is sent from.  I have two differently regulated firms.  must i have two accounts?

Whenever I schedule a Zoom meeting on my desktop, the email invite opens in the old version of Outlook instead of the New Outlook, which I prefer to use. I've already set the New Outlook as my default email app in my system settings, but Zoom still defaults to the old version. ICS files are set to open in New Outlook btw. Does anyone know how I can fix this so that Zoom opens email invites in the New Outlook? Any help would be appreciated!

I've been trying the scheduler trial and I have to say I'm perplexed. I've used Calendly for years. And for my needs, most are handled with the Zoom Scheduler version. But two things that I seem to see that are a pain: 1) I can't have a page where the person can select between a zoom meeting and in person. In calendly I can. And for my type of work, I need people to have that option. 2) It takes FOREVER for optional times to load for someone to select in the calendar!! Calendly loads optional times/the calendar within 1-2 seconds. Zoom's Scheduler takes approximately 45 seconds (at fastest so far) up to 2 minutes! For most people seeing the little "wheel of death" as we used to call it, it meant the page crashed. So I can imagine the clients closing out the page assuming it's broken when it's just trying to load. Does anyone else have this issue? I've only got 1 calendar (my ical) attached. I’m trying to create a scheduler for a sales team and set it up so clients can schedule a demo and then we assign it to a representative on the team.  I’m struggling to get this set up.  We use scheduler as individuals but having a calendar publicly available where customers can sign up for a demo would be helpful.  I’m told it can be done but can’t find step by step instructions.  Any ideas where I should be looking?

Hi, First time I have had cause to use this forum. I'm setting up a bunch of meeting for next year and I want see them all at the same time but the "NEW" feature Display period won't allow me to set a new Date Range.I'm unable to over type or select a new date range. The help ? mark is of no use what so ever. Id screen shot the proplem but can't see a way to upload it here.Stuart.
