Did you know that you can link accounts to an organization?

 

Account owners and administrators have the capability to link several Zoom accounts to form an organization. Once these accounts are linked, they will have the ability to efficiently search for contacts, engage in chat, and conduct meetings. By linking your accounts as an organization, members will be relieved from the necessity of manually adding contacts from associated accounts to facilitate communication.

 

The requirement for linking accounts to an organization is that Account owner or Admin with the privilege to edit Account Profile settings.

By linking your accounts, you can efficiently manage multiple accounts with the convenience of assigning a single administrator, thereby reducing the complexity of having multiple administrators across your various accounts.

Some requests for Visitor Management Platform

  1. Options for guests to check out on the Kiosk and not just Reception & Guest Services manually checking them out.
  2. More options for check in flow. Right now we are limited to 1 flow which is timely with some visitors and requires them to answer questions that shouldn’t pertain to them such as LO and ECP appointments. It asks them for their organization and they don’t know what to put and while we tell them to enter “student”  there may be instances someone is not at the front desk as they check in to assist them.
  • Ideally the best solution would be for when they are checking in to indicate what kind of visitor they are and have the flow go from there
  • Bigger/Better font and customization for badges.
  • Bigger font on iPad application.

Reports on Past Workspace Reservations

Is there a way to run a user report to see PAST reservations that they have made in Workspaces?

We are leaving Envoy Visitors, Deliveries and Desks and moving to Zoom. Any Gotchas?

Has anyone else had experience in transitioning between Envoy to Zoom. We have +1,000 employees and need to make sure the transition is manageable. We have 2 months to build it out and mimic the same features and utilization reporting.

Is there a possibility in Zoom to add a link to a dropbox document in the registration email so that the attends ofr a meeting can download the document before hand and/or print it?

I know about Zoom Docs, but the attendants should be able to download the document before the meeting - and it is only for the peolpe who register.

Zoom Workspace Reservation

It would be very interesting to have access to Workplaces via Outlook: for each meeting on the premises, a direct redirect to a plan and route is possible.

We're just about to launch Workspaces in our environment and I was wondering how you can specify who can reserve a specific hot desk? An executive in our company wants his office to be a hot desk, but only reservable by himself and another colleague (possibly one more person in the future). Is this possible?

 

Any answers are greatly appreciated.
