Has anyone else had experience in transitioning between Envoy to Zoom. We have +1,000 employees and need to make sure the transition is manageable. We have 2 months to build it out and mimic the same features and utilization reporting.

Is there a possibility in Zoom to add a link to a dropbox document in the registration email so that the attends ofr a meeting can download the document before hand and/or print it?

I know about Zoom Docs, but the attendants should be able to download the document before the meeting - and it is only for the peolpe who register.

Zoom Workspace Reservation

It would be very interesting to have access to Workplaces via Outlook: for each meeting on the premises, a direct redirect to a plan and route is possible.

We're just about to launch Workspaces in our environment and I was wondering how you can specify who can reserve a specific hot desk? An executive in our company wants his office to be a hot desk, but only reservable by himself and another colleague (possibly one more person in the future). Is this possible?

 

Any answers are greatly appreciated.

Badge Printer Settings

We picked up a Brother 820NWB and a small form form factor Windows 11 machine. Got everything installed and set it up and as Visitor Check in Kiosk. Set it up to share the printer using the printer agent and I can now print badges from the Kiosk and ... Show more

We picked up a Brother 820NWB and a small form form factor Windows 11 machine.  Got everything installed and set it up and as Visitor Check in Kiosk.  Set it up to share the printer using the printer agent and I can now print badges from the Kiosk and from a remote Neat Frame. 

 

I am curious now that I have it setup and printing, there seems to be a lot of wasted space on the badges.  I am curious if there is a way to modify the borders that this thing is printing on to use up more of the sticker (we are running the DK-1234).  There seems to be 3/4 to 1/2 an inch on the sides and a little over 1/2 an inch on top and bottom that is just white space.  Figured if I can make the printing area larger then the text could be bigger or scaled better to make it more legible or possibly make the pictures look better (from what I read that is doubtful though).

I am seeking assistance with the Workspace Reservation feature in Zoom. We operate a hoteling desk system and would like to implement a user-facing message during the desk reservation process. Specifically, we want to display a prompt that encourages users to remove any personal items from the desk after their use. 

 

Additionally, if users encounter any issues during their reservation, we would like to provide clear instructions for contacting our IT department for assistance.

 

Could you please advise on the following:

  1. Custom Messaging Options: Is there a way to customize messages that appear during the reservation process? If so, what are the steps to implement this?
  2. Notification Settings: Can we set up notifications or reminders that include this message, either through email or within the Zoom application?
  3. User Interaction: Are there features available that allow users to acknowledge they have read the message before completing their reservation?

ZOOMとPardot連携で構成を押しても何も表示されない

Pardotのフォーム経由で申し込みがあった方をZOOMに登録する際に、手順に沿って設定していたものの、「連携」タブの「構成」のボタンを押してもPardotのセグメンテーションリストを選択する画面に表示されず、連携ができません。(しばらく時間をおいても表示されません)解決策お分かりでしたらご教示いただけますでしょうか? なお、Pardotで側でWebinar IDやpost URLは設定しているほか、以前設定した際は問題なく画面遷移したため、原因が不明です。よろしくお願いいたします。 Show more
