Hello @PiscesMac, When you go into settings on the Zoom Workplace desktop client and you click on virtual backgrounds do you see the none with a blue border around it like the screenshot I posted?

If you can log in to the app, then you can go to your profile icon, and then click on "check for updates" and the latest software available will come to your app. Here is a screenshot of my account from the home page of the Desktop App.

Do you mean log in to the app or the application on your desktop? It should be taking you to the login page to login to the Zoom Workplace app.
