Status Keeps setting to Team Chat OUT OF OFFICE

Lately, folks' statuses are automatically changing to Out of Office.  I have checked the settings, and it shows Away after X amount of minutes, but I don't see where it changes to Out of Office.

 

Does anyone else see this?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to query zoom version number using CLI?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to remotely install zoom client for end user?

 

When I pre-install it - it does nothing because the end user has to install it and it installs in their profile path - not Program Files.   I don't see any options in the CLI to find the version installed on their profile.

We have many users to install and I don't want to manually visit every PC.

Zoom chat gets stuck and doesn't auto scroll to the latest messages, I am in a big group  and many times it stops scrolling and you don't know if there are new messages or not, so I don't get information in a timely manner, then I  start scrolling and there are like 10-20 new messages, then it works for a few seconds, and stops - gets stuck again. Using IPAD pro , zoom on iphone also has the  same problem. everything is up to date, fix it please , or let me know how I can downgrade to older versions if it is possible. Thanks

I hope this message finds you well. I recently updated to Zoom version 6.2.11, and I noticed that the chat option is no longer available in this version. This feature is crucial for my workflow, and its absence is causing some inconvenience.

Could you please confirm if this is an intentional change or a technical issue? Additionally, if it has been removed, could you suggest any alternatives or let me know if there are plans to bring it back in a future update?

When we share the following page in Zoom chat, users cannot use the 'Country' dropdown menu to select the country. (Therefore they cannot complete the payment)

But when we email the same link, it works fine (the country dropdown works) and they can complete the payment.

 

Please let us know the reason for this issue and how to fix the issue.

Shared space function disappeared from the owner of the account

I am the owner of a company account with the highest price but didn't receive help within one day so asking here. We are about to start using team chat and I have ran some tests with it. However, for some reason and some settings my account is disabled from creating shared space both in the desktop app and on browser where as admins have this function. Obviously I can create a fake account, make me and admin and solve the problem with that but would be nice to get the feature back. Every setting seems to be OK and as I've used hours already to this starting to get really frustrated. Any ideas where is the problem?

Chat spelling & grammar does not stay disabled after manually setting it

I cannot seem to find a way to make my spelling & grammar settings remain set, or have a global setting for disabling these for all chats.

 

I go chat by chat and disable the grammar & spelling given I find it a bit annoying, but after a while everything goes back to preset (all checked = acitve).

 

Any thoughts on this?

Hi there,

 

I was very excited to see that Zoom now has this feature to allow email to pipe to chat channels: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0076875#h_4032347733321724744556652

 

However, despite verifying that I have the appropriate client version (both Windows and iOS), I don't see an option in either client to perform this. I also verified that nothing settings-wise (both at the Account and Group-level) would prevent me from doing this.

 

I do know that we have Advanced Chat Encryption enabled for our account, though I don't see this feature listed as a limitation to the feature. I also know that, settings-wise, we have other security measures enabled, such as preventing non-corporate domains from communicating with our tenant.

 

Might some other setting be preventing this?

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE for Zoom meetings(version 6.2.11.25892), and I am facing an issue with the chat box feature. Every time I open the chat box, it takes up the entire screen, which completely hides the speaker's video. As I attend classes daily on Zoom, being able to type in the chat while still viewing the speaker's screen, would be incredibly helpful.

Currently, I am unable to move the chat box to the right side or adjust its size, which creates unnecessary hassle.I already looked into common solutions, like finding an older version or anything in settings to change, buy nothing helped. If there is any way I could resolve this issue, please let me know. Additionally, if an older version of the app supports this feature, I would appreciate your guidance on how to access it.

I am wondering if I am missing something. Is there a way to make it so that replies to team chat message remain expanded and don't collapse? Ive gone through settings everywhere
