Mi cuenta no se ha actualizado después de pagar

Buenas noches:

El días 27/09/2024 actualicé mi plan a PRO, se ha cancelado, incluso ha llegado el correo de confimación, sin embargo no se actualiza la plataforma, las reuniones siguen siendo limitadas a 40 minutos.

Preciso saber, cuáles son los pasos que se deben realizar para que se actualice el plan, o en todo caso el correo para que se corrija este error

    Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

    If you have a Pro account (paid), but your account is showing as Basic (free) or your meetings get cut off at 40 minutes, you may not have a license assigned to you or may be signed in to the wrong account.

    You can check out this article on troubleshooting paid accounts still showing as basic.
