Got this real weird issue recently, where my friend is using a google pixel mobile and whenever he's trying to login via SSO in Zoom Workplace, it gets stuck at prompt stating "Continue". Neither he's able to click on "I dont know the company domain" nor does he able to click on continue.
I have seen that this might be default browser issue as per previous threads but I have checked that the deault browser was Google Chrome only. What might be the troubleshooting over here. Please help

Something you may want to give a look at is if your company is using an MDM solution that creates a separate "Work Profile" on the device, for some reason you will have to make sure you have a browser as one of the apps in the work profile. We just ran across this issue for someone with a Pixel 8. As soon as we put Chrome as an App in the work profile the continue button when trying to use SSO worked flawlessly.
