SSO gets stuck after entering domain in SSO

Got this real weird issue recently, where my friend is using a google pixel mobile and whenever he's trying to login via SSO in Zoom Workplace, it gets stuck at prompt stating "Continue". Neither he's able to click on "I dont know the company domain"...
