Je souhaite réactiver mon compte car j’ai reçu une remise de 15% sur la facture annuelle. Lorsque je valide le paiement, ça ne fonctionne pas. J’ai créé un ticket comme cela m’a été proposé mais je n’ai aucun retour. J’ai besoin d’utiliser Zoom. C’est urgent. Avez-vous des conseils. Merci

I was able to locate your account and Billing cases and confirmed that your issue was resolved on 2/12/2025. The credit applied to your account to represent the 15% discount was refunded to you.
