I received an incoming text message from a known client but Zoom SMS is displaying the incorrect sender's name (showing the name of a different client). I checked that the phone number that the text came is setup as the correct contact name in Zoom/Salesforce/Outlook and did the same for the client name that Zoom is displaying as the sender and see no issues in the two contacts' setups. Anyone ever seen this before?

The problem is when we go into the device list and add device we can’t find this model number in the dropdown. We have tried both the zoom phone appliance as well as zoom rooms device.

Below requests are in view of users heavily relying on Zoom SMS. Current set up with SMS just being a tab under the Phone tab lacks visibility for unread SMS messages.

 

1. Zoom iPhone/Android apps: ability to limit badge count to just unread SMS messages (versus new calls/VMs).

2. Zoom Desktop apps: ability to limit badge count to just unread SMS messages (versus new calls/VMs).

3. Standalone Desktop/iPhone/Android SMS apps. Similar to native (non-Zoom) phone and sms apps, separating SMS from Phone would increase visibility and usefulness of Zoom SMS. Currently, the user must open app, switch to Phone Tab, and switch to SMS tab to view new and historical SMS messages.

When I get a call most often I just get a notification instead of it ringing to my iPhone.  But sometimes it will ring and sometimes it will not and I'm not sure what is going on.  I don't have a physical phone since I am remote.  I'm set to available but I'm not sure what the problem is.  Just seeing if anyone has ever had this issue and what the possible causes me be and how to fix them.  Thanks.

I'm trying to install Zoom on my old PC, which is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Every time I attempt the installation, it either fails midway or the app won’t launch after installation is complete. Has anyone successfully installed Zoom on a similar setup? Are there specific Zoom versions or workarounds that are compatible with older systems like mine? Hello! I know that zoom can be set up so that a company can engage in texting with its clients. My company currently does this. However, we have not been able to figure out if there is a way to mass text them- to send 100-1000 texts out at once with notifications, alerts, etc. Is this possible? Or is a third party required?

Disable user block list

Can I check if I'm missing an admin setting somewhere, please? I understand having a global block list but I'm not that happy about individual users blocking numbers on a whim. Is there are way to remove individuals having a block list ability? Show more

Tap to dial number redirects to Zoom instead of using Phone app, no permissions given to Zoom

Deploying Android for Work, Zoom Phone becomes dialer option and takes over default dialer option. Permissions for Zoom have not been enabled, but any tap-to-Dial number is redirected to Zoom Phone. I have to copy paste phone numbers out of the body ... Show more

Deploying Android for Work, Zoom Phone becomes dialer option and takes over default dialer option. Permissions for Zoom have not been enabled, but any tap-to-Dial number is redirected to Zoom Phone. 

I have to copy paste phone numbers out of the body of emails and into my phone app to work around this. How do I remove this feature?
