Hi all,

I am working on developing a Zoom Phone integration with an audio-based chatbot, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically accept incoming voice calls. My goal is to have the chatbot handle the call right away without requiring manual intervention or any additional steps.

Is there a setting or API endpoint in Zoom Phone that would allow this? Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated.

Call Quality Issues Today

In the Zoom Admin Dashboard you are able to see your call quality. Ours usually sits right at 100%. However, today we've seen this drop to 80% which doesn't sound bad but we're having reports from our users that callers sound like "robots". Has anyon... Show more

In the Zoom Admin Dashboard you are able to see your call quality. Ours usually sits right at 100%. However, today we've seen this drop to 80% which doesn't sound bad but we're having reports from our users that callers sound like "robots". Has anyone else experienced this? 

There also isn't a clear outlier in the bottom sections where it splits it up by device, ISP, and video codec. They are all similar. Our internet connection to most locations was stable all day so I don't think it was that.

I am new and having the same problem...

 

I am unable to call the UAE, Armenia, and Turkey. 

 

Says "Sorry, we cannot complete your call.  Your service plan does not support calling this destination."  Is there a setting I need to change, or what?

I could call the US, Canada, UK, and other European countries without any issue.
 
I subscribed to the US & Canada unlimited calling plan, $15 a month, and am using the Pay-as-you-go option to call the rest of the world.

I need to regain access and have the company phone number operational.

Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign BLABLA. Explanation: The web presence is missing a privacy policy/statement and we are unable to review how this customer processes consumer data. -KO

はじめまして。PolyE350卓上機について有識者いたら教えてください。
着信時、国際電話番号が番号のあたまに付くため、登録連絡先扱いとならず未登録番号となり数字表示で着信されます。
(イメージ)
電話機には取引先A(電話03-0000-0000)と登録。
しかし着信時、着信画面が+8103-0000-0000となってしまう。
これを着信時、着信画面を 取引先A にしたい。

Resolved! Use Phone Extension

Do I have to have a phone extension, can I just have the direct call come through with out having the caller dial an extension? If so how do I do that?

Also, can I have the call transfer to another line if I am on a call? If so how do I do that?

Please help.  When a call is made or picked up from just one phone number under my account, it triggers the prompt "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."  I have no call recording enabled on any account, so please don't direct to the instructions to turn off the toggles for recording and ad hoc recording. Has anyone experienced or does anyone know how to disable?  Again, it's only happening on one phone number line.
