Desktop with headset - Audio works when Testing, works with Zoom Video Meeting, but not with phone

So I have gone through all the testing, uploaded the new audio drivers, eliminated all other speaker options. The issue seems to be somehow related to the cell phone, when I start up the computer with the cell phone turned off the problem does not oc...
