Hello! I can`t change language on IOS on Russian or Ukrainian one . Could you please assist ?
We have it setup to where when we get a voicemail to the main line an email goes to me and to my boss. However, the email I receive includes the attached mp3 of the message whereas my boss only receives the transcription without the attachment. Any idea why that is and how to go about fixing it? Thanks!

I need to find out my zoom phone SIP registration to set up my new Mitel Mobile Link device.
Zoom phone line keeps dropping - all calls go directly to VM. I have restarted my phone several times and it works for an hour or so and then drops the line again. All attempts to contact my Account manager have failed to resolve this issue. Ticket request for help is now over 24 hr old and still no response. Is customer service always this unresponsive? what does it take to get help?

Is it possible to put a custom background on a desktop phone using the web portal?
I got the reminder email from Zoom about "Upcoming Changes to SMS" that seems to imply that my SMS messages won't be delivered by mobile carriers after Feb 1, 2023 -- unless I "register my brand" and "assign my Zoom Phone number to campaigns". The Support article referenced says "10DLC campaign registration is required by U.S and Canada mobile carriers to enable business to consumer (A2P) messaging". If I'm just one guy with a couple of phone numbers (a main line and a personal line), will my SMS messages to my clients stop working 2/1/23 if I don't "register my brand" and "assign my Zoom Phone number to campaigns"?

Hello, I am having an issue with having my customized personal greeting to play when I miss a phone call. I have uploaded my personal recording, I have selected what I think is all the correct settings, but it still plays the generic greeting. What am I missing here.. this should not be so difficult to set. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello All - my company has just switched from 8x8 to Zoom Workplace calling and we're experiencing an odd occurrence with our cursor. While typing in a different program (ex. typing an email in Outlook) our cursor will move from Outlook to Zoom when a call comes in. How can we prevent this? It just happened twice while typing this question! Make that three times. It's very inconvenient and I'm sure it's probably a setting, but I can't find a solution. Help!

Hello everybody. I have a problem,
My headphones and microphone work fine when I do anything except zoom calls. Even when I use zoom meetengs or go into settings to test my microphone and audio - everything works very well. But as soon as I press the call button - it goes dead. I can't hear the party, the party can't hear me - it's just a vacuum, even when I say something the microphone on/off button shows that my microphone volume is there, BUT - still a vacuum. When I listen to the recording of this conversation - it turns out that someone was talking to me, and there was even the sound of a bell ringing, although I couldn't be heard....
Reinstalling the app, changing settings, restarting the computer - nothing helps.
Please help me because it`s really important for me,
