New Feature Request - More than 100 Users in Call Monitoring Group
Setting up call monitoring, being noted as "assign[ing] up to 100 monitors and 100 phone users being monitored to each call monitoring group" and having a need for a higher limit than what is noted. Let's see what we can do to help. This is indeed noted in our resource as a current limitation. However, we have a process for Premier(+) customers to use to submit these types of requests for our team to review for future consideration.
