I’m a single person in my business. I’m trying to set it up so that when people call my number they get an auto attendant and can press 2 to leave a voicemail for me. I had to assign my number to the auto attendant so it would answer first. So my single user only has an extension. I got approved to send texts and I assigned the sms campaign to the main number which is the auto attendant. As a result I can’t seem to text from my user account as it has no number. What is the best way to set this up so I can send texts from the main number and have that number answered by the auto attendant? Thank you!

I created a new Zoom phone account yesterday and set everything up, including downloading the app for the PC & iPhone. I also setup my VM message. Unfortunately, I have been informed I have received at least 3 calls today that did NOT ring to my phone or PC. There is NOTHING in my call history and their voicemails are not appearing for me to view / listen to.

 

Please help!! I have tried calling Zoom support but apparently there is zero support for their phone system. This is a business line that I need to get working ASAP!

I was wondering if Zoom Phones supported Presence-based routing for Call Queues?

Where it uses the availability status of members to determine whether a member should be included in the call routing list for the selected routing method.

Members whose availability status is set to Available are included in the call routing list and can receive calls. Members whose availability status is set to any other status are excluded from the call routing list and won't receive calls until their availability status changes back to Available.

I have a user that cannot delete voicemails.

 

If you select Delete All, he will receive a message that says something like,

"certain voicemails cannot be deleted due to admin restrictions".

 

What restriction is causing this and where can it be set so this does not happen to him?

I have a business account with a monthly charge that allows me to receive Phone Chat support. I have been working with the chatbot in the past and have been able to chat with a live person. Lately, I have spent 30 mins trying to reach an agent without success. What I need to do can not be done using email. I need a step-by-step process that starts when one presses the Chat Button in the lower right-hand corner and then lists of questions and answers that will lead me to a live agent.

In https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/zoom-tutorial Step 6f says "In the Issuer textbox, paste the value of Microsoft Entra Identifier."

And in https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064121 How to configure Single Sign-On with Azure step 17 has "Copy Azure Azure AD Identifier and paste it into the Issuer (IDP Entity ID) field in the SAML configuration page"

 

Does it mean literally put "Microsoft Entra Identifier" in the field and call it done? If so why does it say "the value of" really makes me think I should go find this value somewhere to enter. And it cant be the tenant ID can it? because thats already entered in somewhere else and why wouldn't it just call it the tenant ID if thats what it did want.

I need some help. I have submitted my 10DLC campaign 20+ times since March and each time it is getting rejected. It is always something. Lately, the error message is that my website is inaccessible and that there's no privacy policy on it. The privacy policy is huge and printed on the home screen just for the sake of passing this registration. It is also easily accessible, and the website used in registration can be copy/pasted to the browser and immediately pulls up the website. I have had multiple zoom customer service people help and assure me it looks perfect and will be approved. And then, it doesn't. They always say they will "submit a ticket" and that does absolutely nothing. I have to have the ability to text for my business and my clients are becoming frustrated with the fact I cant text back. 

 

What can I do? Is there a manager over this I can talk with? Can I talk to the 10DLC registration committee directly? I really need some help

Hello. I am trying to update the outgoing caller ID to display our main number when we call out from our Yealink Phones (T46S). Our main number has been ported from our previous phone co. I have found the setting to change the outgoing caller ID for the Zoom app for each user, which worked fine, but that setting does not seem to carry through to the phones. 

 

Is there a way to do this on the phones as well, or is this not possible? Even if I could add the main line to one of the soft keys so they could call out on that line, that would work -- but it only lets me add lines that are assigned to that user, and I can't assign the main number to everyone.

 

My major concern with it not showing the main number as the caller ID is that some phones are showing it as a "spam risk" since it's a Zoom number, I assume. I'm afraid people are just not going to answer our calls.

I am using Zoom Phone. I have turned off AI Call summarization, but I still keep getting the message "this call is being summarized" before every call.  I have checked every setting and I cannot get that script to turn off.  People are hanging up thinking it is a robo call.  I need it off.
