New zoom phone account not working

I created a new Zoom phone account yesterday and set everything up, including downloading the app for the PC & iPhone. I also setup my VM message. Unfortunately, I have been informed I have received at least 3 calls today that did NOT ring to my phone or PC. There is NOTHING in my call history and their voicemails are not appearing for me to view / listen to.

 

Please help!! I have tried calling Zoom support but apparently there is zero support for their phone system. This is a business line that I need to get working ASAP!

To test your setup, call the zoom phone test number -  *8378.

What zoom phone calling plan licenses did you select such as US/Canada Unlimited calling and how many licenses did you order?

 

What user(s) did you assign your zoom phone number(s) to?
