We have Zoom Phone and have the app installed on multiple mobile devices. However Zoom is not listed as an option when tapping on a phone number on any of the devices. The call goes out via the default phone app on the phone. Any insight into how we can configure this would be most appreciated.

I am attempting to add all our physical locations for emergency services however when I add an address it just says "no data". Is there somewhere else in the system I need to add it first?
Hi All, I am halfway embarrassed that I can't figure this out, but here I am regardless. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to add an external phone contact to zoom so that it is visible to everyone in our company. Example: When I type in John Doe Company in the phone app, it brings up the saved phone number for John Doe company, an employee can click on it and it calls externally. The probably is, I can't figure out how to add a new one. If I want Jane Doe Company at xxx-xxx-xxxx I can add that to my personal contacts, but no one else in the company can start typing jane doe and have the contact card come up for them.
I'm sure there is a way to do this, but I need help figuring it out!

I can't figure out how to set a notification when I get a SMS.
I am the sole user on this account (have a basic license). I am getting a notification that says the account is inactive and to contact the admin - I cannot make calls. I am the owner and there isn't an Admin as far as I know. I am the only one on there. Any help on how to fix this would be immensely appreciated!

Hi All, Would need your help please how to set-up the phone module to work properly. I can't make calls, saying "not included in my plan" however my colleagues with exactly the same set-up can make calls. Also for them below the keypad a full phone number appears, for me only 3 digits. If anyone could help would be much appreciated. Kindest regards, M

Hi, I just wanted to check if it is possible to assign one specific email address to receive our Zoom Phone voicemails?
Within a Zoom call queue is it possible to disable the requirement that requires uses to 'release a conversation' before other members of the queue can respond to the SMS? Thanks in advance!
Hi Zoom Community -- My company is an authorized Social Security partner, providing services to benefits recipients. We can only store Personally Identifiable Information (including call recordings) on local machines or encrypted in the cloud. It doesn't look like Zoom provides these options for call recordings (unlike meetings & webinars that can be stored locally). Are you aware of any solution / add-on that would allow us to store recorded Zoom calls locally? Thanks!
