Forward calls for a vacant extension
I need to forward incoming calls to former employee (so, a vacant extension number) to another extension. If the extension is not tied to a user account in Zoom Phone, is there a way that incoming callers can be directed to another extension, or a way to keep the extension active once the user profile is deleted? Another option is to have them press zero to get to an operator, but I'm not seeing that as an option in the IVR.
