Hi, setting up a blocked number in the company wide list, does anyone know if that number calls its logged anywhere we can see (after its blocked?)

Hi, When setting up I did not realize I should skip creating an extension. I am an individual user. Now I do not see a way to go back to undo this. I want access to the direct number as an individual so that I do not have auto receptionist when someone calls. Thanks.

How can Zoom Phone alerts and notifications feed IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Zendesk? Some of Zoom Phone clients have tens of thousands of user. What is best practice to open tickets and manage these tickets? Zoom Phone can send emails with details on the alerts such as desk phone offline for more than x minutes, poor quality of service, etc. Without some integration, all this information must be typed into some service management tool. Maybe someone has already invented the wheel? thanks, eliot

i am asked to update a new version of zoom. When i do that, i receive a message saying it is already installed. And so i can't open zoom. What can i do to solve this problem ?
Hi All, On Polycom phone with App version 5.13.0 (2370) and Firmware version 7.3.2.0312 we are encountering the following issue: Randomly, some users get the error "Call failed" when they try to make a call, and when we call them, their phone is not ringing. The Zoom app works on their computer though. We are using SSO and polycom devices. It works when we do the following: - Restart the device (More... > Settings > General > Reboot) - Sign in as guest on the device - Remove user from Phone System Management and re-add user Is there a fix? When a warm transfer happens from an internal user, is it possible for them to stay on the line and listen in? The caller ID still shows the internal person's number (which I see is the default setting, so not asking about that), so it makes me curious.
