How to get VOIP phone to show a biz name not a phone# on Caller ID

We were told that the Voip phone could display our biz name as Caller ID, but after 2 months, it still shows just the phone number. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? Were you able to get anyone from Zoom to help you? They are totally ignoring my requests!

Hello,

Please follow these steps to set your Outbound caller name:

You can set this per site. So your VOIP phone will inherit the Biz name as configured for the site it belongs to.
