Phone dialer option missing on toolbar

Hi,

 

Does anyone know why the phone dialler would be missing on the Windows client? The user has the correct license and has been using it for months. It is visible on her desktop PC but is missing from the installation on her Windows laptop.

 

Thanks for any replies or suggestions.

Taking a step back. A user can only be logged into 1 computer, 1 phone and 1 tablet device.

I tried uninstalling and running CleanZoom, that did not work. Do you have any more ideas?

This fixed it, she logged out of Zoom on the desktop and rebooted the laptop. The Zoom Phone feature was then available on the laptop.

Hi @PHjames 

 

Did you ask her to verify if she is signed into the app with her work email, and not a personal Zoom account email that doesn’t have Zoom Phone?

Hi Craig,

 

Thanks for your suggestion. I did remote to the laptop earlier and she is using her corporate email using our SSO for login. I am waiting to try sachinzoom's suggestion of running ZoomClean and will report back here.

Hi again @PHjames ,

 

Seeing that the uninstall and clean didn't change anything... do other aspects of the app appear normal such as the Phone section in the Settings?
