Resolved! Zoom phone is not using the auto attendant and IVR
Can someone help me figure out why our phone line does not use the auto attendant and IVR for call queues like sales and support?

Can someone help me figure out why our phone line does not use the auto attendant and IVR for call queues like sales and support?
One of our users is experiencing the following problem: I am running the current version 5.14.6.13477 and my phone is a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, Android 13, One UI-Version 5.1, Modelname SM-G988B/DS
"The Zoom mobile app is extremely unresponsive, especially when I try to end phone calls by pressing the red button. I have to press it 4-5 times, which often results in calling a random person once the call screen finally closes. The unwanted call, then again, is difficult to abort. In addition, I am sporadically unable to answer phone calls due to a charging icon appearing and a message asking me to "please wait" after pressing the blue button to take the call.
As I use Zoom phone for work, it would be important to improve the situation. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!"

Can the 'dial-by-name' directory audio prompts be changed to match the IVR voice settings?
The default voice within the 'dial-by-name' directory is quiet jarring next to the IVR selected voice. It comes off as unprofessional.
Every time I try to log in, they require a verification code and I can't find any way to delete that requirement. In addition even though I use the same device they say they don't recognize the device I'm using.
Hi I'm very frustrated. I tried going in FaceTime and selecting ZoomPhone for calling in the settings area. But it doesn't change it. I've tried several times nothing happens. When I click to dial inside HubSpot, it sends me straight to Google voice. How do I change the click to dial to ZoomPhone instead. I don't have admin access it is not HubSpot issue. Because if it was how is it that I am able to click to dial in Google voice. I don't have HubSpot calling. I simply need to switch the function from Google voice to ZoomPhone.

On a recent info screen, Zoom asked me for my phone number. But Zoom responds that the phone number doesn't exist. Is Zoom expecting a special Zoom phone number? It just asks for "phone number" I gave my actual phone number, and got "phone number does not exist". Confused!
