Unable to Register Brand for SMS/MMS Campaign

I am a single user with one phone number, using Zoom Phone as a phone line for my part time side business that I rely on primarily via word of mouth. I'm a super infrequent user of SMS/MMS messages.  I don't send out sms blasts or do campaigns. I don't have a web site which is prohibiting me from completing the brand registration form. 

What are my options to keep 1x1 and 1x2 or 1x3 messages from being blocked from sending?  or am I going to be blocked from sending messages?
