I really hope someone can help me.

 

I just purchased the Zoom phone system for unlimited calls to US & Canada 15$/month

And received a confirmation from Zoom for my purchase.

 

But when I try to assign my license to my account and set up the phone system, it appears that I have a basic Zoom plan! How do I activate my phone system?

Phone adaptor is turning off most of the time

Our phone ATA Adaptors are turning off all the time and we cannot use the phone lines.

Resolved! "Sync Buttons" stopped working with Jabra headset / Jabra Link 370

I am using a Jabra Link 370 Bluetooth adapter with a Jabra Elite 75t earbuds.  Up until a few weeks ago, tapping the left earbud muted not just the headset, but toggled mute within Zoom itself.  After a Zoom upgrade and an upgrade to the Jabra Direct software, it has stopped working consistently.   That is, most of the time it does NOT sync the button action.  Note that the syncing of button action is working in Skype for Business and MS Teams.

 

Details:

  • Current Zoom version is 5.9.6 (3799)
  • Current Jabra Direct version is 5.11.01302
  • Jabra Link 370 firmware is 1.87.0  (this is the 370 UC version)
  • Jabra Elite 75t firmware is 2.0.0
  • "Sync buttons on headset" is checked within the Zoom Audio Settings
  • In a call, tapping the left earbud button will mute the earbuds, but the mute is not reflected in Zoom. 
  • Over the past few weeks it has worked intermittently, but I have been unable to reproduce.
  • I uninstalled the Jabra Direct app, with no changes in the above.
  • I also moved tried using the headset and Link 370 on a different computer and it worked correctly.

SMS/10DLC Compliance with less than 10 users

I have 19 phone system users but only 5 Zoom Hosts. As such I can't set up branding or a campaign (minimum 10 host requirement for branding). How do we continue to use SMS with our phone system?

We're a small organization dealing with parents and prospective parents. If we're sending a simple SMS, are we required to put the STOP line in every text? We probably send three texts a week on an individual basis.

Send to voicemail missing

I have a user setup as an operator, this user has the powerpack and all is working except the option to send to voicemail. when a call comes in and the operator chooses the transfer option from the app it only shows 2 options, Blind transfer and warm transfer...no send to voicemail. When I login with our admin account on the app that option is available. How do I make it so a normal user has the option to send to voicemail???

Phone Audio Cuts out for notifications from other applications

I have a problem where the phone call I'm on loses audio when another application has an audio notification. For instance, if I'm on a zoom Phone call, and a Slack message or an email comes in, and Slack or Outlook has a chime, then I lose the audio from my Zoom call. 

 

This just started happening yesterday - it hasn't been a problem for the last two years that we've been using Zoom phone. 

 

I'm on zoom desk top, version 5.13.11 (13434)

We are B2B and have no plans to perform SMS campaigns to consumers. I would like there to be 1 number that clients can send text messages to and that all users can review/see the text messages directed to that one number.  I have SMS enabled for the Call Queue and all users are set up as members.  Please let me know the tricks of the trade.

One of our users has a recurring issue of not being able to hear someone on the phone. It happens randomly and reinstalling zoom fixes it. Its not her audio devices and the weird thing is if we do a video call it works just fine. I have pin pointed the dll in question sipphone_audioctrl.dll when renaming to sipphone_audioctrl.dll.bak then closing zoom renaming back to sipphone_audioctrl.dll and opening zoom again the issue is resolved. I was hoping support could look into this. The file is in C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin. Let me know if you can help at all.
