Hello! I cannot seem to find out if this Desk Phone is compatible with Zoom Phone: Poly CCX 600 Microsoft Teams Edition: 2200-49780-019 It looks like the OpenSips version is compatible, but if anyone can let me know if the above models is compatible I would appreciate it!

Hi! One of our Zoom Phone users is going on extended leave and wants to set up something like an SMS autoresponder or to have any received texts forwarded to another user. It looks like existing Support articles around this question are only related to call queues, which is not relevant. Does anyone have suggestions or workarounds for getting something like this done? Thanks! Edit: I'm considering assigning the user's number to an AutoReceptionist group during their leave and allowing the coverage-providing user to respond to SMS that way. Any concerns or issues with this possible workaround?
I assume this will make it harder for the leaving user to track call/text history upon their return when I reassign their number. I'm hoping to lessen the impact by adding their account as a non-responding member of the AutoReceptionist group.

Can I have assigned users receive texts from our auto receptionists?
I want to assign a number to a company location. When I navigate to Phone System Management > Phone Numbers > Unassigned, I have a list of numbers, and I can assign it to a user, but when I try to assign it to a Company Location, it doesn't show any of my locations. See attachment. I am paying for the DIDs, so I dont believe it's a licensing problem.

Hi Community, I am being frustrated by Zoom pre-sales support. I want to accomplish the configuration in the photo below. I need both existing phone numbers to go to the auto-attendant. I would be willing to set up 3 auto-attendants which could be identical if they could all access the 3 extensions. I need the SMS to be direct from number to extension. BTW, we will never actually publicize the main number. It won't be used, but I guess its necessary. Any comments whether this is all possible? Thanks!!!

Hello,
A new member of our staff recently received a new phone number. He is now receiving voicemails, and he has not made any outbound calls. The voicemails are also unrelated to him.
What settings should we prioritize to address this issue?
I have a new location we are trying to move from old PBX to Zoom Phone system. I have a number that has not yet ported, how do I make that number the external phone number mask for outbound calling? The only numbers I see are Zoom owned DIDs that we've acquired. We are planning on just doing a CFWD until number is ported over.

The Zoom Assistant would be so useful in saving desktop real estate but one missing capability is making it unusable. There is no Caller id. An incoming call provides the destination number not the caller number. I need to know the number of the caller. I have no way to determine if the incoming call is junk if there is no name ID. Example: Display shows: Cell Phone Call (XXX) XXX-XXXX where the XXX is my number. I already know my number. The Zoom phone app would show the inbound number but assistance does not. That is a problem.
