Is anyone else experiencing inbound or outbound calls that when you are on the phone that the call drops or the audio of the calls cut out where you can hear the other person but they can't hear you or vice versa? Wondering if this is a windows 11 issue? Also wanting to know how to resolve this issue. I end up having to hang up and call the person back so they can hear me. I have to do it 3-4 times since it will cut out.

I have ordered a zoom phone, and ported my number from goole voice. When I set it up originally, I had set it up as an administrator account, not a direct account. I was never able to add sms. I unbundled the phone number and now have no working phone, no sms and no clear way to add it back in. I am hoping someone can advise me as the self help options have no

I have a Yealink T33G that I'd like to automatically configure to listen for multicast traffic sent from our informacast server. I've found instructions for manually configuring this via the phones web interface. But I cannot find any info on getting this config to the phone via its Provisioning Template from with Zoom. Can someone point me in the right direction?

We are currently using the Active Directory sync for Zoom. We are pulling over employee data but would also like to pull over pictures from AD. Just wondering how we need to reference it in Attribute Mapping:

Hi - we use Zoom phone desktop apps and Polycom phones. Our extension numbers are working on the Polycoms, but not dialing from the App. When keyed in, possible contacts are displayes as suggestions, not the colleague. Suggestions?
Hello, we are implementing BYOC to leverage our existing SIP provider for calling. In our CUCM environment dialing a 7 first is required to get an "outside line". Zoom phone does not require this so rather than instruct Zoom phone users to begin using a 7 to dial an outside line, I would like to amend the routing rules to add the 7 to the beginning of a dialed number. I'm assuming this is accomplished through the translation but I'm not familiar with how to write that. Any help is much appreciated!

When I am on a Zoom phone call using my Android device, and I minimize the app or have it open in the background, the call goes silent like it's put on hold. I cannot speak with the other party or hear them speaking to me until I maximize the app again. This makes it difficult to look for information while speaking on the Zoom phone. How do I keep the phone call active while the app is running in the background?
