I have two phones that are provisioning and are indeed connected to the network but it will still won't receive any calls.
Upon checking the admin portal I found that the devices did not show any IP addresses.
Factory resetting also didn't help
We tried connecting the phones to a separate network - that works.

hi u10009,
have you provisioned and connected the w60b (base) to your internet?
does your internet firewall have the necessary zoom ports open?
