Starred contacts

Perhaps it's just me, but the inability to 'favourite' a contact in my mobile phone contacts directory on the zoom phone mobile app is very irritating. Having to 'invite as a zoom contact' to enable this capability is ridiculous - I can hardly invite a call centre!

I agree! It is strange that you can only add Company Contacts (Zoom Phone Users) or External (Invited) Contacts to Favorites/Starred. Being that Zoom Phone can show your phones contracts,and that mobile phones usually have their own favorites functionality, it would make sense to be able to activate showing them as such in the Zoom mobile phone app.
