Voicemails on Zoom Phone not showing up on mobile app

I get the calls on my mobile app, but I don't receive the voicemails. My zoom phone on my mobile device and my desk phone are connected, so I can see from the desk phone (which isn't in use) that I've been receiving messages. On my zoom phone app, it...
