Voicemails on Zoom Phone not showing up on mobile app

I get the calls on my mobile app, but I don't receive the voicemails. My zoom phone on my mobile device and my desk phone are connected, so I can see from the desk phone (which isn't in use) that I've been receiving messages. On my zoom phone app, it shows that I have not received any voicemails. Can anyone help me on this matter?

On you Zoom App, Under zoom phone, are you checking for voicemails under Phone -> All Voicemail tab ?

Yes, and it says no voicemail yet.

We have one user reporting this.  They have an iPhone.  If they go to the voicemail on the phone and swipe down, it syncs and the voicemails show up.  We don't know why it is not syncing automatically.  Are you on the iPhone and if you swipe down, does it refresh and show the VMs?

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I actually set up a meeting with someone from Zoom and they were able to help me get my voicemails!
